you wake up in the morning, and something has changed: Maybe you're a super villain, a super hero, a magician, a knight, a space explorer - but today, when you pad down the stairs (still half-asleep, still unfocused), you do not walk into your secret lair, your spaceship, your headquarters. You're now just an average Joe, and you're standing barefoot on a worn wooden floor, smelling fresh coffee. To boot, there's someone else in this kitchen, leaning on the counter, wearing pajama bottoms and an old t-shirt. The setting might be new, but hell, you know exactly who they are... so... why is your worst enemy/co-commander/partner/captain/etc currently pouring you a second cup of coffee and asking you for pointers on the crossword? WHAT EVEN?

[When Wanda wakes up in the morning, she'll be able to smell something delicious coming from the kitchen. Peter is making pancakes on the stove, coffee is percolating in the pot, and there's orange juice on the table. He's humming to himself as he flips the pancakes.

His glasses are fogging up a little bit, so he steps away from the heat for some relief. He's never been super built, but with his sleeves pushed up, it's possible to see a bit of definition in his forearms. He cleans his glasses on the bottom of his shirt and puts them back on to see his girlfriend coming into focus.]
