[Yennefer having her magic back is wonderful news in plenty of ways: she heals Jaskier hand, something he'll be eternally grateful for, and now portals are an option again. They need information to plan accordingly before leaving Kaer Morhen, but both Yennefer and Geralt are wanted, so it's up to Jaskier to return to Oxenfurt for a couple of days to see if he can get anything out of Sigismund Dijkstra.

If his first stop is by the instrument shop to get a new lute, well, that's just a minor detail that doesn't merit discussion.

However, when he makes it to Dijkstra's office, he doesn't find the man there. Neither is Philippa, although the woman he does find carries herself in the same way Yennefer and Philippa do. Oh Melitele, please don't let this be a trap.
