He tells himself this as he drives past said stranger, reminds himself a second time as he slows at the nearest intersection, and reiterates the point a third time has he swears under his breath and pulls his V-max into an illegal u-turn and drives back towards the fella who's almost definitely some kind of junkie.]

[He's absolutely gonna regret this, but then again decisions he regrets are the only kind he seems to know how to make.]

[He slows to a stop near the stranger, keeping a good 15 foot distance in case the guy decides he's gonna try something stupid.]
