1. Exactly what it is. Your character lists some things they'll never do again. Something mildly embarrassing to utterly terrifying, or even something scary or something they just can't do anymore without that special something.
2. Leave the standard stuff: character name, canon, and preferences or content warnings wherever appropriate. Don't leave your comment section blank!
3. Respond! Ask for the story behind it, ask why not, or even dare them to do it again!
