Word Games Meme

This Meme is made up of several different kinds of word games. Most taken from the Radio Series Cabin Pressure.

1) Post with your character, putting preferences in the subject line
2) Others go to RNG for which game to play or just pick one
3) For whatever number was rolled, now those two characters are playing that word game

OPTIONS:
1) Question and Answer - Film Double Bill: Use one film to ask a question and another to answer it. (For example: What's Eating Gilbert Grape? Twelve Monkeys - feel free to chat about other things as you think of or search for film titles.)

2) Speak with Words of One Sound: In this game words must not have more than one syl - sound. The first one to use a word with more than one sound will lose.

3) Starts with "_": in this game roll again between 1-26 to determine which letter is the blank. Now, every sentence must start with a word that starts with that letter. Next, who knows, but this letter was "N".

4) Alternate Definition: Come up with a word or use the random word generator, then provide an improved definition for the word. For Example: Paradox, pronounced par’-u-doks. Meaning: two physicians. To make it more interesting use it in a sentence to carry on the conversation: I entered the hospital and a paradox were waiting to help me.

5) Famous People Who Aren't Evil, but Have Evil Sounding Names: Name as many as you can within 10 tags. Feel free to argue/justify your choices.

6) Books That Sound More Interesting with the Final Letter Knocked-off: Take the last letter off the last word of a book title. (For instance Of Mice and Men becomes Of Mice and Me.)

7) Impromptu Tribute to Dr. Seuss: Say things that are happy or things that are sappy, just say things that rhyme the entire time.

8) Random Word in a Sentence: Using the random word generator, whatever word is generated must be worked into the next comment in a spoken sentence. Please bold the word so others know what word you were given. To plague you with difficulties, make sure the sentence still makes sense in context of the conversation.

Well bang-on job! It is important. You see, we at MJN Air, though we are a more like an air-dot than an airline, we run it proper. And in order to be proper, we require certain certificates to be displayed in our mangers office.

[She gestures to the envelope.]

And this package contains one such item.

O notes what the woman says with a smile and a nod. "I am so glad that I brought it over then! My mother probably would have thrown it out instead," she says conversationally.

O then takes another sip from her water, draining the plastic bottle quickly. "Oh, might I throw this in your recyclables?" Ben had gotten her trained to be as Green as she possibly could. So, she always did her best to recycle.
