After he finishes putting up his supplies, he makes a beeline into his house. As he runs up the stairs from the foyer he hears the TV in the living room. Sounds like Roseanne, again. Amaya must have the DVD in while she waited for him to come in. "I'll be down in a few minutes," he calls. He doesn't wait for an answer. "I just wish to be free of this grime."

Terrorists and criminals, Wufei could handle. Break into their base, collect evidence, cuff them, done. But how in the world they'd managed to tap into magic, real magic, he didn't know and he oh yes did that piss him off. Especially since they'd used it to booby trap their lab with a one-shot curse, and he'd been the one to lead the charge.

Which explained why he was now getting poked at by his partner, when all he really wanted to do was go home to his lover. And why he had a tail and black cat ears, which were currently laid back. Not only had he suddenly found himself with the altered limbs, but Wufei had lost nearly half his height and jerked every time someone touched him, as if his nerves had been turned up... and tuned for something that had no business out of his bedroom.

Bah, they hadn't even let him call Duo.

At last, Sally deemed him not contagious and safe to go home on the orders that he stayed there until he was called in again. The sight of his apartment as Heero drove him home (still in his rather extremely baggy uniform) couldn't have been more welcome.
