Len Snart is a man that's always enjoyed his drink. When not on the job or making sure the house is in order figuratively, he would most likely be found in a bar, downing the contents of whatever spirit he could get his hands on.

After the incident that made him a superhuman, things sort of went downhill. Unable to really get total control over his powers, most drinks froze over just from being in close contact with his body. These days found him more often than not drunker than usual, having to resort to strong liquors and drinks with chemical compositions that ensured icing never happened.

Which is why, on this night, he's as drunk as a skunk and singing off-key for all to hear at the top of his lungs to the song the bar has playing in the background.

It would probably be a mystery to some why the information specialist for the largest crime family in the U.K would be working with Barbara Gordon and the bat family in general. That is until the situation was properly explained.

Hnaef was the information specialist for the Garrot family, a group of people so infamous that most of their key people walked around without a single person attempting an arrest. This fame was well-earned due to the volatile nature of many of their members. True to form his father actually got a bit egotistical upon their visit to Gotham, and went on a one man rampage, Barbara would of found him beaten with a crowbar, but his injuries were thankfully minimal. Hnaef wanting his father caught but not killed extended his help to Barbara.

That is how he got here; standing at a set of monitors hooked to a surveillance system. It may of been shocking just where these cameras were. There was one located just outside of Wayne manor as well as the Gordon household. The other locations on screen were more public areas.
