[ The mission was straightforward. Get inside, do some damage, get out. But Deadpool doesn't do things simply, one could call into question whether he takes anything seriously.

He allowed himself to be interviewed on national television where he revealed that he and Cable very much had a 'don't ask don't tell' thing between them, and was promptly cut off when he proceeded to get into grotesque detail about things they most certainly have not done (but he wishes they had). Naturally, the news coverage went wild, and then they went through with the mission.

All according to plan, loverboy got captured. In part because this was supposed to be an inside job, and technically Cable was inside. At least that was the point of painting a gigantic target on Cable's back by making it public knowledge the two were lovers, but neither of them was expecting him to be held quite so securely in the enemy's stronghold.

But it means Wade gets to do what he does best — leave a whole trail of broken bodies in his wake as he gets to work on saving his ass. In true, damsel-in-distress fashion, Cable's bound to a chair in the middle of a large room, as violence rages around him... because that's cinematic as fuck. ]

[There's no partnership on this planet quite so unrelentingly, recklessly, staggeringly stupid as Togashi and his big mouth, but maybe he and Yuuji can aim for a respectable second.

After all, it isn't Yuuji's fault that a certain someone told just about every first-year that he wouldn't be single when he returned to school after Golden Week. Nor is it his fault that the someone in question has a face that only a blind sukeban could love, and even then it'd be a push. They haven't spoken since they were kids, sure- they don't exactly run in the same circles anymore- but by all accounts Yuuji's as good a guy he was way back then. If there's anyone he can trust to help him out of a sticky situation...]
