Part of the appeal of the (under)age difference kink, as in legal-aged characters being involved with those that are underage, is how absolutely taboo and fucked up it is in most cultures. Romance is nice, but let's be honest; it's messed up, even if there is a romantic element. And that's what makes it fun. This meme is for nitty, gritty, not always pretty side of underage. You can play the psychological angles of both sides, whether their actions makes the older party tormented for their decision, and all the filthy, dirty, guilty, and sexy facets this kink can offer. But my character is a good dude and would never _____! Well, you can always say it's a moment of weakness, they didn't think, aliens made them do it, emotions made them do it - or say fuck it, it's a meme. Make them feel guilty about it later. But my character is underage and I want them to be the older party. Age them up or play against someone younger. + Comment with your character. Include if your character is younger or older. {Oh man, something about the idea of just throwing 1, 2, 3, 9, 13, and 35 all together appeals so much I just have to offer someone here. Depending on the kind of dynamic you're looking for, I could offer a couple of different options... and I might even be willing to throw in that 23 and 17 depending on character and scenario.

Natsuru here is good for a more submissive and receptive type, not to mention oblivious. She's not very likely to initiate or be particularly good at anything sexual/romantic, and she'll be awkward and easily flustered, but she might work really well if Maria wants to be especially dominant and in control of the situation at all times. Also really good for being the protected party to another character's guardian, which seems to fit some of what you're looking for.

For other options, I have... 2) A spunky, more confident twentysomething who's actually at least capable of flirting, though sexually inexperienced. I think I could play her aged down as far as older-teen if you want to keep the strict definition of jailbait. 3) A bright and cheerful young woman with an occasional mischievous side who, much to her own shame at times, doesn't look any older than middle school age no matter what. Good for if you want someone embarrassed and humiliated to be treated like a child, but not really able to do anything to stop Maria from doing so. 4a) A hedonistic young woman who's down for literally every kink in the book, and is the most likely to actively try to arouse and hook up with Maria or even want her to punish her in fun ways. 4b) Also comes in younger-teen flavor where she's more innocent and inexperienced, but still flirty and at least into the idea of doing Adult Things! She'd be a very enthusiastic student for the 13 prompt.
