Our dear friend invited me to your little "group chat", of which I have promptly muted. To think I had been under the impression your discussions in person were lacking in substance.

It was only prudent I take roll of all those in attendance, wouldn't you agree?

I believe common courtesy dictates that if you're in a group chat with a number you don't recognize, you simply carry on without messaging that person directly to ask their identity.

Then again, what do I know? Surely the Ascians decided on what defined politeness eons ago.

Such niceties have woefully gone out of fashion in this age, I will say. We had little need for such clumsy devices to carry on a conversation.
