[ ooc; Considering the Doctor travels in time and space, soulmate signs would likely be completely out of order if he isn’t in the same time period as them. Alternatively, maybe soulmate signs only appear when he’s in the same time period? I'm game for any kind of interpretation.

Note: The Doctor tends to get himself into trouble that results in a lot of pain, anguish, and sometimes actual torture. If you’d like me to avoid any mentions of that for the prompts where they share sensations or thoughts or anything like that, just let me know. ]
