Good luck getting two people on the same page, much less three. So why not cut out the middle man? Most of us play more than one character. My Steve is currently being played as de-serumed and post-Endgame by default. It might be interesting to do a thread where Izumo knew him or knew of him as Captain America and either bumps into him or comes looking to see wtf happened. If that setup suits you I can put up a starter somewhere.

Last MCU movie I saw was Civil War so I see I’ll have to wikipedia stuff yo get that sorted, but yes! If Steve and Izumo had interacted in any official way, say through SHEILD, Izumo would have been charmed by Steve’s stubbornness and heart, and would have made an attempt at a more informal meeting. And if that went well, once Izumo’s decided you’re his friend you’re prone to random visits whenever he’s in the country so he can chatter at you…and so yes he would absolutely track Steve down if he got wind of big events happening, might even use an “offical” excuse to cover a personal mission.
