the TICKLE MEME.

As simple as could be: in a moment of privacy or perhaps in the middle of a crowd, you are the unsuspecting victim of a surprise tickle attack. What will you do?

Prompts:

• Accidentally. You were just trying to get someone's attention, and a simple poke or prod got more of a reaction than you were expecting.
  
• Playful. It's all in good fun, at least to start. You're just goofing around and whoever's on the receiving end doesn't mind or even enjoys it.
  
• Tickle Fight. Someone threw out fighting words, and laughter's the way to settle things.
  
• Revenge. The fighting option, but way more one-sided. You're mad, and you know just how to make them regret it.
  
• Lost Bet. One of you picked this as a forfeit and one of you is probably regretting it.
  
• Interrogation. Maybe you're an actual 90's cartoon villain with a G-rated torture chamber, but more likely you're just trying to harmlessly annoy someone into fessing up.
  
• This Better Not Awaken Anything. The obligatory smutty option, we know you're out there.
  
• Wildcard. Mix and match, come up with something new, we're not your boss.

"C'mon, Chibiusa!" Hope chuckled. He had tied her bare feet together at the ankles to keep them together, and to make sure they wouldn't be going anywhere, they were bunched up under his left armpit. "I haven't event started tickling you yet, stop squirming around so much!

"You know the rules," he laughed as lightly ghosted the bare fingers of his right hand over her soles. "Whoever gets three wins in Mario Kart first gets to do whatever they want to the loser. I won fair and square!"

Ha! I'm always game for these!

"I know the rules, trust me! But still, I'm not ready!" Chibiusa said, panicking. "I know what's going to happen and I'm not ready!"

"That, and I can't do anything to distract you, either!"

"That's the whole point, Chibiusa," Hope laughed. "Don't worry, I only tied up your legs. And besides, how many times have you tickled me when I wasn't ready? This is called justice."

Unfortunately for Hope, while he could certainly talk a big game, he wasn't mean enough to tickle his girlfriend while she was yelling that she wasn't ready.

"Tell you what," he said, lowering his voice to a more gentle tone. "You let me do this right now, and you and I can make out for as much as you want after. And I'll buy you lunch at that cafe you like tomorrow. Deal?"

Chibiusa calmed down a bit, listening to Hope's offer. That was something she absolutely loved about him - he could be such a gentleman, even when he had her at his mercy.

Her lips curled into a soft smile and nodded. "Alright, you win. Deal." she said, blushing bashfully.

"Good girl," Hope chuckled, giving a tiny fist-pump that she couldn't see. How many other boys could say they were able to tickle their superhero girlfriends?

He started slow, the fingers of his right hand slowly and purposefully playing across her soft and delicate soles, but any area that illicited any kind of reaction was going to get some extra attention. She would also notice his movements were gradually getting harder and faster.

There was a squeak as his hands went across the middle of her soles, being the more ticklish spots. The girl started laughing as Hope's attention focused here more and more. With the laughter, came the squirming.

Hope tightened the grip of his left arm wrapped around Chibiusa's bound ankles to keep the squirming of her feet to a minimum. As she begin to wriggle, he looked over his shoulder to fully take in the sight of her wriggling, writhing form.

"I love to see you like this," he grinned as he kept up the attack on the middle of her soles. "You're adorable when you laugh."

He was being a little meaner than usual, but he knew he was going to pay her back after this. Besides, Chibiusa usually got her revenge one way or the other, which Hope welcomed.

Chibiusa laughed more as her squirming was stopped at her feet. She was at his mercy, even as he cooed his admiration of how she looked and acted.

"That's not... ahahaha! That's not fair!" she laughed. Her hands reflexively went for her brooch, only to drop it as she squirmed more in laughter.

"Ah-ah," Hope admonished, breathing a sigh of relief as he saw that brooch fall. "No cheating this time!"

He scooted further down the bed, dragging her squirming body with him so that the dropped brooch would remain out of reach of her grasping hands. "I was going to stop tickling you in a few seconds, but I think you trying to cheat means I should tickle more than just your feet, don't you?"

“I-I’m sorry!” Chibiusa gasped. “R-reflex!”

She knew she was going to be punished for that. Would he tickle harder or move on up?

"I don't know if I think you are sorry," Hope chuckled. "But I know you will be soon."

With that, he let her feet go only to climb further up on the bed so he was straddling her hips and keeping her pinned to the bed.

"I didn't think I needed to tie your arms," Hope said, enjoying his power over her perhaps a little too much. "Because I thought you would behave yourself. So if you make this hard for me, that means I'm going to tickle you for longer."

And with that, he dug his fingers into her sides and began to tickle her there.

The fact that he stopped tickling her feet gave her a chance to calm down a bit, but him straddling her caused her to gasp softly. That only made her laughter pick up even more as her sides were attacked.

"ACK! No, not there!" she yelped.

"Why not?" Hope asked jokingly. "Are you afraid you're going to make a sound you don't want your boyfriend to hear? Because that just makes me want to tickle you here more!"

Despite saying that though, Hope moved away from her sides (as much as he thought this was all in good fun, he wasn't going to keep doing something his girlfriend told him not to do) and moved up to her pits. "But if you want me to stop, you know what you have to say: 'Hope is the best boyfriend in the world and I will do anything he says.'"

He wasn't actually going to make her do anything beyond what they had already agreed to. This was just part of his act.

“Ah! Y-yes!” Chibiusa gasped before Hope’s hands went for her pits, causing her to clamp her arms against his hands as she laughed.

“I-I give! Hope is the best boyfriend in the world and I will do anything he says!”

And just like that, Hope stopped. He was enjoying playing the part of the villain, but this was all just a game, and he didn't want to go too far lest he hurt the girl he loved.

He smiled down at her, but his eyes showed a level of concern as he gently cupped the side of her face. "Sorry, I may have gotten carried away. You okay?"

Once Hope stopped, Chibiusa slowly caught her breath as she calmed down. She nodded as she was asked the question.

“I’m okay…” she murmured, leaning into the touch.

"That's good," Hope chuckled as she began to relax. He leaned his face in teasingly close, but he didn't kiss her yet. "Because I owe you a lot of kisses, and I'd hate to have to wait until later."

And then he moved to push himself up. "But if you need some time to rest..."

“No, wait…!” Chibiusa said. “I can relax and get kisses!”

"Oh really?" Hope smirked as she fell for his bait (yes he knew that he owed her big time for his level of brattiness today, and he was partially looking forward to it) and returned to his position on top of her. "You know, you're really cute when you're flustered."

And with that he leaned in to plant a kiss to her lips. In contrast to his previous behaviour, this was soft, gentle, and loving. Exactly the kind of kiss his girlfriend deserved.
