ooh. it sounds like poetry written by a robot! i like it. especially the part where aborting and failing don't seem to be options. in my experience failing is usually an option.

and superheroes break the law as well but they get so frowny when you bring that up!

i steal things, though i have committed the occasional murder. fair's fair, they were usually trying to kill me first, or someone else. i'm triple-jointed, after years of extensive surgeries to replace the joints i was born with, which were unfortunately lacking. named after my father, who was not a nice man at all, and i took my supervillain name from him as well, though i rather prefer to think of that as theft these days. i like music and painting and good food and have six monkeys at home. they're little darlings.

batman! he is the night or the dark knight or something ridiculous like that. he likes to try to terrorize gotham city into being good. has had multiple young sidekicks named robin though i suppose they might not have been kidnapped per se. he does seem to replace them often. i hear the latest is more stabby than most.

Ghost was slightly awkward with the texting, even, but gave it an A+ effort, and then turned their attention to tracing Doll's location. It wasn't the easiest thing they'd ever done, but it was by no means a challenge, either. Within about fifteen minutes, they'd come back into phase just outside Doll's room, intangibly peeking in to verify.

Ghost did give the texting A+ effort, and awkward or not Doll was indeed charmed by them. And if few others found them charming, what did that matter? People could be so strange about these things.

Doll got to feeding her monkeys while waiting for Ghost to find her, and when they peeked in it was a couple curious and excited monkeys who noticed first! Though Ghost's greeting was also a good indicator, and Doll perked up.

"Hello, Ghost! Hello!" She was maskless at the moment, just kinda hanging out, and smiled at them. "Don't mind my monkeys, they get excited about new faces, the dears. I see reports of your intangibility have not been exaggerated!"
