Assumed CR, AU, and etc. prefs: My favorite will always be Geralt/Eskel/Lambert mid-winter shenanigans but I can be convinced to write Esk with *almost* anyone from his canon, if only briefly or under questionable circumstances. There's plenty of him to go around. Cross canon/AUs might take a little more negotiating.
