It wasn't exactly his idea to come here, but he's here anyway, already separated from the small group he was with. (He wouldn't exactly call them friends. More like employees wanting to be in his good graces.)

He's sitting fairly close to one of the stages, in the dark, sipping a drink and eyeing the girls who aren't dancing right now rather than the one who is. There's just something that interests them about the way they move around in the shadows, like extremely sexy, underdressed ghosts. There's one who has particularly caught his eye, looking all determined and nervous like it's her first day out of the next, let alone at a club.

It's in wondering whether she gives private dances that he catches her eye and beckons for her to approach.

She swallows hard, but she's not gonna back down. She's gotta be brave. Otherwise where is she ever gonna get in life? She almost comes too fast, but catches herself just in time; ultimately it's a walk that she's practiced hard that takes her to him, swaying hips & a strong tilt to her chin with her very best bedroom eyes. She's dressed like a very sexy reimagining of a schoolgirl.

"Hey there," she greets, trying to make her voice sound huskier than it is. She touches his shoulder, but it's not the provocative caress she wanted it to be. There's something about him that feels somehow familiar, but she couldn't have said what that is. All that interests her is behaving her best her first time being called over by a guy.

The way she approaches him speaks of innocence and inexperience. She's pretending to be an old hand, putting on her brave face and touching his shoulder, but the execution is a little off, and the way she dips her voice is too. He finds he wants to encourage her, give her a good first night, so he's pulled out a large bill for a tip and slid it into the waistband of her extremely short skirt just for approaching him. He then puts his arm around her waist, drawing her closer to himself, so that her hip is against his torso, just shy of actually pulling her into his lap.

"Hey yourself. You're a new face around here."

He doesn't go to these places often, but he's much better at faking it than she is.

While not the sleaziest of sleazy strip clubs, the place definitely isn't high-class; Ganymede drapes himself over Elliott's shoulders with a soft-spoken greeting for a familiar customer. It's not altogether strange for him to remember names of people he finds attractive and pleasant, and he loops his loose necktie around the man's neck.

"You wanted a dance, Ellie?" he asks, teasing as he slid into Elliott's lap, dextrous fingers sliding through the messy tumble of curls on his friend's head.

He likes it here, not for the right reasons of course, but that hardly mattered. He had come for a meeting, once, with a man who never came back-- but Elliott did. It wasn't too frequent, but whenever he popped into the room he brought a fold of bills and a demand for Ganymede's attention. That was it. He didn't even humor any of the other boys or girls who liked to stroll into his line of sight, and perhaps something in his stare was enough to teach them that lesson quickly. After all, he wasn't fond of repeating himself.

That hard expression softened at the sight of the familiar dancer, leaning back just a bit as his glass of whiskey tapped against the arm of the chair. "Of course I did, beautiful." His gaze is warm but predatory, hungry for attention even if his words wouldn't quite express that. "You're not cruel enough to keep me waiting, are you?" His head cocks to the side, the chain around his neck clinking absently, his teeth splitting into a devilish grin that glints a little in the dim light.

"I came all this way for you, you know." He leers openly, looking him over. "I could be making money, right now."

Ganymede smiles as he settles down; it had very quickly become clear that Elliott wanted only Ganymede from the boys and girls on offer, as it were, and they were all more than happy to oblige, knowing the man's reputation. "I think I'll take pity on you this time," he murmurs, fingers sliding down Mirage's arm to the glass of whiskey, fishing out one of the ice cubes to tease it over his tongue, licking his lips before letting it clink back in the glass.

"And instead you're letting me make some," Ganymede chuckles, caressing up Mirage's neck and the underside of his chin before getting back to his feet to dance. "You in a hurry today, or do you have time to kill?"
