It is nothing to take Wei Wuxian into his arms, and fondness surges through every inch of him. The walk to the bathroom is brief, and of course Wei Wuxian is more than capable. However, Lan Wangji knows that his partner loves to be taken care of in these little ways, just as much as he, himself, enjoys providing that sort of care. There is a balance they maintain, always, which has become as natural as breathing.

The bathroom is by no means lavish, although they had insisted on some amenities. A larger tub was a must. When they enter, it is still not quite full. Unable to resist, he reaches out to smooth a few loose strands of hair away from Wei Wuxian's cheek, tucking them behind his ear before moving in to kiss him.
