stage i; none, streets are already blanketed in white.
stage ii; very light and intermittent.
stage iii; light - moderate. lasts longer periods.
stage iv; continuous, heavy snowfall.
stage v; the hardest of cores - blizzards, snowstorms, you name it.

scenarios;

① fuck the police, this is the best time for a walk. hope you've got a nice thick coat on.

② stranded in the buttcrack of nowheresville? weren't you watching the time? now you've gone and missed that last bus out of there. or maybe you're lost, somehow. what do?

③ literally chilling, in this weather, is quite easy to do. sitting around relaxing in it is a wee more difficult, but sometimes much more enjoyable, especially if shelter can be found. the snow is beautiful to watch, after all.

④ the weather's not going to stop you. your snow fort's packed full of ammo and ready to go. those aren't snow angels over there; they mark where the poor souls you've downed have fallen. be careful with that snowman's head!!

⑤ you're about fifty miles from civilization but there's a roof over your head, so never mind the chilly draught, right? right. you mightn't be the only one lucky enough to stumble upon this little shelter, though. remember to share the blanket.

⑥ everyone stuck outside should be jelly. you've got a fireplace and hot cocoa and damn if it isn't awesome. a heater's not quite so romantic, but it'd do. there'd better be a backup generator in case the power trips.

[If he was someone else, he would jump three feet in air, startled. However, there is only short intake of breath. First time he gets caught off guard. Usually it's other way around.

He turns head towards Abe and smiles, nodding.]

Yeah. Interesting how first snowfall is a blizzard though. [Abe, you feel warm. Kuroko will just lean back against you.]

[Kuroko's warm too. Abe let's him lean, snaking an arm around his waist as he nuzzles against his neck, feeling a little affectionate. It's just the mood!]

Mm, it was saving up and all came down at once.

[He tugs gently at the shirt on Kuroko.]

[Yes, snow does that kind of stuff. He places his own hands over Abe's, tilting head to the side. Abe, that tickles a little... and makes him blush a bit.

Yes. I think it's wide a bit in shoulders but it's warm. [And has Abe's scent. And he's enjoying it.

[Kuroko blinks and turns to stare at Abe.]

You told me to take a shirt not pants.

[It's your fault. He will turn to stare at street again, with barely visible pout- that nibble on neck and kiss lasted too short.]

[Abe gets out some pajama bottoms and pushes them at him before turning to head to the bed. He starts unfolding some of the blankets to lay them out.]

He rounds the bed and starts unfolding his part of blankets.]

[Getting a cold is better than having to explain any noises to his brother. Abe sets out the futon parallel to the bed before taking some of the blankets.]

It's kind of hard to avoid touching on my bed. Didn't you say you moved in your sleep?

Actually, I am very peaceful sleeper. Which is why everyone at training camp wonder where I get crazy bed-hair.

[Abe goes to power off the heater before coming back to settle into the futon.]

[He sighs a bit, still sitting up in bed. Yes, he's determined not to sleep. He can do it!]

[Abe turns his head back to give him a very long stare.

This is a bad idea. He's already in the futon, already under the blankets, and yet he can feel his resolve breaking down. Why does he always end up with stubborn people? It's quiet long enough that it seems he might not respond, but then Abe sits up and sighs, gathering the blankets.]

...you fight dirty, anyone ever tell you that?
