Probably the most surprising, when she meets him on the beach as arranged, is that he's wearing pants. Specifically, a very tight pair of black yoga pants worn low so that his dorsal fin isn't in the way. He's also wearing a white shirt backwards for a similar reason, made slightly see-through as it clings to his skin. It took some shapeshifting to get his giant hands and feet in there, but they're back to full size now.

He doesn't say a word when she arrives- he just gives a slow twirl, grinning broadly. See, he can do this whole 'clothing' thing!
