Though that might be radiating from her, he's not sure.
"Remember," he says, as if she even needs reminding, "play nice."
Well, don't hurt anyone.

It's been ages since I read Suicide Squad, but I'm down with this mashup or your DCEU boy!
Not that Harley's on this rooftop, surveying the scene below her, because of justice, or anything like that. She's no Bat. No; this is a cash job, plain and simple. In fact it's her first real job, courtesy of Carmine Falcone, who heard that some beefy Bratva guys were using his port as a pit stop, but didn't want to show his hand and start a whole war.
It's one thing to get business cards proclaiming you're a mercenary; but it's a horse of another colour to actually get anyone to take you seriously as such.
A shotgun and a bat are strapped over Harley's shoulders like twin swords, as she watches the men move below her. Eight? Maybe more, on the boat- they'll all be armed, probably semi-automatics- what about the drivers? And of course all the girls being hauled out of the hull and shoved into the back of the trucks. When she's mopped the floor with these wise guys, she'll give Montoya a call- and not because it's right, or she's going soft or anything. But what else is she going to do with a whole gaggle of girls?
One more quick check- all her weapons, maybe a fresh coat of lipstick- and she'll be ready to move. Except before she can do anything, there's another figure, kneeling down next to her. Harley nearly jumps out of her skin- how the hell did he sneak up on her?- Before she recognizes him.
"Floyd?" It's a quiet hiss; and she glares, glancing at her targets, then back at him. Leaning over, she nudges him hard with her shoulder. "Buzz off. These are my future corpses."
We'll go with this one because I love them
Their vibe was legit the best part of that movie
Totally was!
Feel free to mod/murder/whatever with these dopes, too!
I'm sorry! I'm usually less slow than this!

He's waiting in the lobby for Viktor to come down from upstairs, stretched out on one of the sofas in the lobby like he owns the place.

[ Flint asks this casually, as he casually backhand slaps an armed man out of a window. His other arm is presently in the form of a large shield, bullets bouncing off the solid stone surface. Doing dirty deeds for high fees does come with some danger, but as is Flint's point, not much sometimes. ]
I mean, if I was some guy with a gun, I'd probably just run away if I saw either of us come through the front door, am I right?
[ Sandman hadn't actually been paying attention as to why they were kidnapping this particular government official. He had no problem with letting Jonathan be the brains. Even if those brains were occasionally filled with straw. It was just something he had to put up with, yah know? ]
Like that Austin Powers bit. [ In fact, he points a big ham hand at one of the security guys, paying no mind to the handgun fire, and in an awful English accent says- ] 'You haven't even got a name tag! You've got no chance!'
[ That he wastes time on this stuff is why superheroes always turn up in time to kick him in the face. ]

It's one of those auctions where the ceiling drips real crystal chandeliers and everyone is dressed in black suits or trailing gowns. It's also one of those auctions that are, most definitely, not for charity. Ganymede can guess that if anyone in this room has given to charity even once in their life, it was probably as a cover for something else. It also means the items up for sale are mostly - or at all - not supposed to be here.
"Are we expecting something in particular?" Ganymede leans in to whisper, eyes on the stage at the head of the room, his line of sight remarkably clear. Whether that's Robin's subtle magic at work or the grace of their combined looks might be anyone's guess, but Ganymede doesn't care.
Robin hadn't said anything when he brought this up, so maybe it's just a question of opportunity or curiosity. Ganymede came with both because Robin had asked, and because he was curious, no matter how uncomfortable some of these people made him. Which is probably funny, in some ways, since he definitely spends his time around beings who are vastly more dangerous and powerful than anyone in here could even dream to be.
But it is a human sort of dangerous, a human sort of evil, and that's entirely different from the Deathless Ones' whims and casual, or even pointed, disregard.
