Your character/s may or may not have a sweet tooth, but for some strange reason, they feel the need to have some dessert. Just when they were fantasizing of sumptuous treats to sooothe their appetites . . . voilà! Something delicious appears right in front of them! It's the dessert of their dreams, whether they know it or not! Your character will have the compulsion to eat it. Maybe they'll question the oddity of events. Maybe they won't. But remember what they say: beware the greeks bearing gifts . . .

How this meme works:
• Your character is presented a dessert which they will feel the strong urge to eat. They may feel dubious about the convenience by which the dessert they wanted appeared in front of them, but by hook or by crook, they'll end up eating it anyway.
• Post with your character's name, their canon, and their preferred partners (or your preferred partners for them). For example: Edward Cullen | Twilight Saga | Bella Swan-sexual. Another example would be Sam Witwicky | Bayverse!Transformers | Heterosexual. You know the drill. :)
• Find someone else's post, pick a dessert*, and comment!
*You can either pick a dessert and a corresponding scenario from the ones listed below, or you can head on down to random.org and generate a number between 1 and 12. Feel free to mix and match as well. :)
• Enact the scenario! You can start the thread with them discovering the dessert and eating it, or you can fastforward to after they've eaten it and are starting to feel the effects. Be creative!
• Be open! If you're uncomfortable with something, don't hesitate to mention it and try to work it out with the person you're tagging. In the same vein, if you're loving it, go ahead and say so. :)

[ It's rare to be given one of Russia Sushi's private dining rooms without booking it in advance or, more likely, having some sort of in with Simon or the owner. Anri didn't think either applied, especially without Ryuugamine-kun, but neither of them made any especial effort to argue when they were ushered in.

The fresh dessert at the table is a little odd, though. Anri is careful to tuck her legs neatly underneath her before plucking a berry off the stem and popping it into her mouth.

It's good, but her eyes affix to the table grain as she slowly realises how small the room is, how alone they are in it. Anri assumes, correctly or incorrectly, that Kida is as mystified as she is and she looks up at time to speak — but cuts herself off before words even come.

Funny how things worked. Noa fully intended to stay after the training session to practice his swordsmanship some more, when Sharrkan practically yanked him off grounds to drag him to this place to eat. As much as Noa wanted to get in those extra drills, he didn't want to disappoint the young general. Besides, he supposed it was never much good to overwork himself, and he wanted to build some camaraderie with him.

Dessert rolled around, and so did their server with the tiramisu -- again, one of Sharrkan's cheerful urgings. Noa never drank alcohol of his own accord, and rarely partook of any food cooked with it. But lacing food with the drink was usually for flavor. A slice shouldn't hurt. He dug his fork into the cake and chuckled. "Remember, this was your idea," he said before taking the bite. It was like squeezing a sponge to wring out the water, or in this case a baked good to wring out the rum. He puckered his lips, surprised at how much alcohol he bit into. He swallowed, the rusty, mellow flavor searing down his throat. "I thought... it wasn't supposed to be that potent," he said. Not that it disgusted him. He was just expecting, well. Less.

[Orihime doesn't understand it. She'd been so excited to eat at this new dessert shop. It was good research for the bakery she eventually planned to open, as she needed notes on what would make for a good atmosphere, a pleasing menu, and even some recipe ideas. She wanted to order a little of everything off of the menu (she puts 'sampler platter' on her list of ideas), but she's not rich, so she decides on blueberry cheesecake.]

[There was nothing wrong with the dessert. It was delicious, a perfect blend of creamy sweetness and tart blueberries that were fresh and juicy. But she's just so depressed now! She sits on the stairs of her apartment building, hugging her knees, regretting all of her old regrets more strongly than ever before. What's come over her all of a sudden?]
