The Drunk Meme

1. Drinking Games. You're at that special level of drunkenness where previously unimagined things start to sound like a good idea, like another drink. It's cool, I know this great game that will inevitably end with everyone involved being totally wasted. You play until... shit, what were the rules again?

2. Unsolicited Advice. Oh man, you suddenly know the solutions to all of life's mysteries. All it took to figure it all out was half a pint of whiskey! It's time to tell all your friends how to fix the problems with their personal lives, whether they want you to or not.

3. Drunk Texting. Frankly, you can't IMAGINE why anyone wouldn't want to hear about how drunk you are right now. If only you could remember where the vowels are on this tiny keyboard. Drawing inspiration from TFLN is encouraged.

4. Tell them How You Really Feel. You lost some of your less important inhibitions three or four drinks ago, and it's time to tell it how it is! Time to hunt down the person you love, or possibly the person you hate, or even just the person you don't ACTUALLY despise, and bare your heart to them in a way that you'll almost definitely regret tomorrow morning.

5. Karaoke. Shot through the heart, and you're to blame! You give love... a bad... something...

6. Terrible Ideas. This is going to be so awesome, guys. I've got the skateboard, and I'm handcuffed to Steve... is the camera rolling? And who's lighting the fireworks?

7. Flirting. While all that booze may not have enhanced your charm, it certainly did wonders for your ego! Time to find all the hottest dudes and/or chicks in this place and make them swoon before your gin-powered charisma.

8. On the Streets. What better way to follow up a good bar run than by drunkenly wandering the streets in the middle of the night? There may be loud, embarrassing singing. There may be puking in the gutter. You may be completely lost, and not sure why that police officer is speaking Italian.

9. Take Me Home Tonight. Yeah, it's time to go home but you're not going alone, time to drag someone home for a hook up. Let's just hope you can get your body to agree or don't fall asleep first

10. The Next Day. All that you took with you from last night's adventures was a blur of jumbled, confusing memories, a lampshade with googly eyes drawn on it taped to your head, and a brutal hangover. What exactly happened here? And who's that sleeping next to you?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! There it was!

[Yeah, Masaomi is actually laughing out loud as he grabs onto Ryoji again for a victory stumble dance. There might be a reason why he doesn't laugh out loud all that often. For example: that the sound is annoying as hell.]

Inside... C'mon, I want to feel you.

[Because that's the most normal, most innocent thing to say while hanging around someone's neck.]

[Honestly, Ryoji finds Masaomi's laugh to be wonderful. It's so enthusiastic and energetic. It feels like it could just break down any wall of depression, and maybe this was just the alcohol talking, but he thought it sounded beautiful.

He grins at Kida and tugs him up to his apartment. He wants to touch Kida too, more than anything else. The excitement means he fumbles with his keys a bit, but eventually he gets the door open. The house isn't that tidy, but Ryoji doubts Masaomi will care too much about that.]

[Masaomi wouldn't have cared about a little mess if he was dead sober. He cares a great deal less being blind drunk. As long as he can get around without falling over anything.

... OK, so that may be difficult anyway...

Half sitting down, half falling, he puts an incredible amount of effort into taking his shoes off. And then -... Then he really doesn't want to stand up again. He gives a deep sigh.]

We should stay here! Right here. Here is good.

Right here? The bed is softer...

You know, I could carry you there!

[He laughs, leaning a bit against the wall while he waits for Masaomi to decide. Though, the more he waits, the more he just stares at the other boy, and the more he blushes.]

O-Or here is good.

Carry me, Ryoji~!

[Making big puppy eyes, Masaomi reaches up to Ryoji, totally hoping to be carried.

Spoilers: he'll probably change his mind and pull Ryoji down, instead.]

[No, no he does not. In fact, he keeps trying to pull Kida up, but he can't seem to fathom in his inebriated space how in the world he's supposed to carry someone. It involves arms, right?

If Kida pulls him down, then, he won't object at all.]

Silly drunk kids.

[Masaomi lets Ryoji pull at him a while, not even trying to help him. Ryoji said he was doing this! There's no reason why Masaomi should help.

But after a little while, he gets bored, and pulls at Ryoji instead.]

You can't carry me. You're too light.

[Hey! Are you insinuating that he's a weakling, Masaomi? Because he doesn't appreciate that! True as it may be...]

'm not too light! I've lifted way heavier stuff than you!

[Like... that sword he has as Thanatos is pretty big, right? Can he count that?

Whatever. He doesn't have the energy or the coherency to argue. He just allows himself to be pulled down, flopping onto the floor, and then wrapping his arms around Masaomi's neck with a big grin.]

Yep! You're right. Here is perfect.

You are too too light! Too too -...

[And Masaomi pokes Ryoji's nose with his finger, laughing. 'Too too" is totally the sound that makes, obviously.

But touches are even better than sounds, and it's lovely to have Ryoji around his neck.]

You make a good scarf.

[Ironically, he's deadly serious, rather than joking, for a change. Putting his arms around Ryoji's waist, he holds him close and breathes in his scent.]

[Ryoji would swat Masaomi's hand away, but he'd much rather keep both arms around Masaomi instead, so all he does is pout slightly and bury his face in Masaomi's shoulder.]

I think you look good in a scarf then...

And you smell nice.

Mmm... You taste nice.

[It may be a distant memory, or it may be his imagination, but Masaomi is convinced of the truth of it. And, by way of evidence, he'll give Ryoji a little kiss, just above his ear.]

Really? Nicer than you?

Because I really kind of doubt that...

[And to prove that, he starts lightly brushing his lips against Masaomi's neck, sighing happily.]

Now you're getting ahead of yourself!

[OK, maybe not. Masaomi is pretty sure that Ryoji tastes nicer than him. But it never hurts to make sure, so he kisses Ryoji's temple, and his forehead, and everywhere else he can reach.]

[Ryoji shivers at the kisses, responding with enthusiastic kisses of his own. His hands start massaging Masaomi's shoulders clumsily, and it seems that he isn't sure if he wants to just pull Masaomi's hoodie off or not. It would be nice to see more skin to kiss, but he isn't sure if he's allowed to.]
