[ They're halfway to a decent performance at the theatre, which in reality means they've got a week and a half before they'll be in front of a real live audience and so much fucking work to do. Well, the rest of the company. Celeste had her part nailed by day eight.

Maybe that's the tension that's been getting her uptight all evening, those soon-to-be premiere jitters. It isn't hunger, she had a snack on her way home from rehearsals, so gotta be something else. Something less easily fixed.

Spotting the other girl by the bar on a second sweep, Celeste comes to a halt, outer rim of the dance floor, people less aggressive here. She watches her for a moment, no dogs this time, still she looks as much the pack leader as ever.
