Where has this hottie been all night? Who cares, now they're yours! 08) Long Lost Smooches | You haven't seen them in forever and didn't know they were going to be here tonight. Resolve that UST! 09) Party Pooper | One of those involved is upset because of #PartyShit and now they're trapped in a closet after getting dragged into playing a game they tried to avoid. Cheer them up? With kisses? Good plan. 10) Get A Room | Your seven minutes are up but neither of you wants to stop. Relocate to a spare room!

[Being a detective who offers his aid to Pro Heroes comes with some unexpected rewards, like being able to attend a party celebrating both heroes and law enforcement! He mostly worked with lower-ranked heroes and was known to be bumbling, but now here he was, at a party with some of the top heroes in attendance!

But the unexpected things don't end there. The party ends up getting wilder and more chaotic than expected, resulting in the current situation: the scruffy detective finds himself shoved into a tiny closet with one of the highest-ranking heroes out there, without any warning.]

H-hey! [He attempts to just open the door, with no luck.] Oh, they- they sure did lock us in here.

[With that, he meekly turns to face the hero in question and address her.]

Oh, uh, hey there... Miss Miruko, ma'am!

[ Convincing Vanitas to participate is a double edged sword, because even sitting down to get involved in this charade of a game doesn't mean he's going to be on his best behaviour. The folly of the rest of them was in telling him that the seven minutes don't necessarily need to be kissing, though that seems to be the point of it. Vanitas' threat is that whomever ends up with him is going to spend seven minutes getting their ass kicked in a closet.

How much of that is true of course is hard to say. A lot of the things Vanitas says should be taken with a grain of salt, though saying so to his face has a fifty fifty shot of either making him sulk or making him violent. Its' better than the beginning, when the violence took the majority's share of that sliding scale.

The exception, of course, is Ventus — because he's always the exception. Vanitas leers across the circle when the other's spin lands on him, and he bares his teeth. Despite everything, some of their little friend group still has their misgivings, and Vanitas can taste the flicker of unease that passes through a few of them in his molars. Anyone else he might even back out while making them feel like an idiot for believing he'd ever go along with it — but the idea of being locked in a room, alone, with Ventus for over five minutes is enough to make his blood boil. Hungry.

Fluidly moving to his feet, he gestures with an open palm at Ventus. ]

[Nothing good happens when a bunch of rowdy Maglift club members decide to de-stress with party games. If it was only Savanaclaw they probably wouldn't have settled on this kind of slumber-party game... Ruggie's placing the blame for tonight purely on the rare flowers that managed to endure Leona stomping around like he owned the place even though they weren't in the same dorm. Just Savanaclaw he could manipulate around a lot easier. It was the people from other dorms that managed to sneak in curveballs like this.]

[They've ended up unceremoniously shoved into a supply closet because it's the best confined space they could find near the practice fields that didn't just reek of sweat. The reserve team members, so riled up that they're not even thinking to what they're gonna do for the ensuing minutes, is cheering as the door closes. Ruggie offers a mild, half-hearted wave to them. Weird thing to get excited for, the idea of somebody else getting something...]
