FORGIVE ME FATHER FOR I HAVE SINNED
the CONFESSION meme

Hey, we're all guilty of something.
How do:
β Post with your character, name a series in the header
β DO NOT LEAVE THE BODY OF YOUR POST BLANK. Instead your character is compelled to confess their sins to whoever is listening. If they have enough sins to fill an Encyclopedia just their last few will suffice. Blank comments will be deleted.
β Go react to others!

Might of used an old mate of mine to trap a hunger demon inside him. Ate him alive from the inside. Oh, sure. He let the bugger out to start with and he wanted his own bit of redemption.
Still doesn't make me entirely innocent in thee whole affair.
[ His face scrunches up. ] Not sure why I'm telling you, luv.

So, what sort of secrets are you hiding in that tent of a dress of yours?
[
i am so sorry for him]no subject
They're not secrets, usually men simply don't care to ask. [ A shake of her skirts, the hems billowing around her feet. ] What kind of stories do you think these clothes will hold?
no subject
Oh, well, given the period of dress? Something scandalous. Which, luv, I am all for. [ He gives her a slow grin. Well, that didn't take long. ] How about we make this a bit of a game? Old John tells you a sin, you tell him one. Might help pass the time.

[ Looking around, she finds a stool and arranges her skirts around herself, sitting down slowly, looking up at him. His grin. Never trust a smiling man. ]
It's my turn, then, isn't it? To confess? [ A slight pause, then without any further preamble, like she can hardly even find it in herself to be apologetic: ] I'm not saving myself for my fiancΓ©.

[ He sits up somewhat proper, giving a sniff as he settles himself in the presence of a lady. A real lady - not the toss ups that call themselves that.
That's... fairly low on the idea of scandalous. Time period, though, Johnny. ]
And have you found yourself a dastardly fellow to have a bit of fun with?

Might of sealed a demon inside of me to keep me from passing over at one point or another. One that, ah, ripped quite a few gang members apart.
no subject
From what I understand what demons are, that doesn't sound safe. I'm guessing you either couldn't or didn't want to stop it from killing those people.
no subject
[ A shrug. ] Nothing I do is 'safe.'

[Ganymede shakes his head. Sure, they could still have been, but if he was defending himself, and they would still be criminals, one way or another.]

[ John gives a bit of a coy grin before reaching for a drink. ]
Sharing is caring, mate. Your turn to share something a bit dodgy.

[Ganymede smiles gamely, perhaps a little more wary, now, but not by much. He's known many killers - and that doesn't mean just the gods - so that's not going to get him to leave. What really does bring him to hesitate is the demand for reciprocation, and he runs a finger along the rim of his glass, eyeing John past a slightly lowered gaze.
Well. He doesn't need to use names.]
If I could, I'd keep my lover for myself. I know I don't really have the right to, since he's married.

[ The casual shrug from him says that he doesn't see that much of a sin. But, ah, he wasn't the one that wrote the rules.
Suppose that means it's his turn. Though he wonders if he can make the more serious ones feel fantastical and unbelievable. ]
I put a spell on my best mate that made him absorb the lives of others around him. Now, he's got at least thirty of them to still burn through.
no subject
Not that that's stopped us.
[Stopped Zeus, more like, but then, Ganymede isn't going to claim any higher ground. Especially not considering his little confession.]
You did what? [Clutching his glass, he leans back in his seat.] Does that kill the people he takes lives from?
no subject
[ Then again most people shouldn't take advise from him anyways. ]
Burning building fell on them, mate. They were already dead.
no subject
[Really not a good idea. But like hell he's letting go.]
Oh. Okay. [Exhaling, he nods.] That was admittedly better, if that's something to call better, than I was imagining.
