[Omegas are really good at getting caught, or so the story goes. Gaius was one who was good at taking what he wanted and skipping out of town without returning any favors. Alphas weren't that bright, after all. He could trick them into getting horny and then get as far away as possible.
Though if you do that enough times, eventually someone will catch on.
And he just so happened to attempt that on the Team Yell leader. Who either had dealt with this before or was frankly too smart for the sneaking Omega.

In this world, the reunited Rockets had a plan. If their old leader refused to lead, then they would make a new leader from his bloodline. Silver didn’t want to lead either, but they at least knew where he was. Once they ganged up on him it was easy to capture him. Upon said capture, however, a piece of data that had been a heavily kept secret was revealed.
Silver was an Omega.
This of course didn’t change the plan, only how it needed to be executed. He was confined to a bedroom in the new secret base in Mahogany Town while the decision was made internally about who would father the new future leader. It had his basic needs including a small bathroom, food was slipped in and out periodically through an automated system stolen from Silph Co back in the Kanto days.
So Silver sat, alone. His Pokémon taken from him, his spirit broken. In spite of everything, that damned father of his had indirectly managed to force his life’s course again.
The walls of the place were littered with holes from kicking and punching. ]
