[OOC: I can offer up Tess for this! She's a lawyer by trade so maybe she could be pissed off at her rather difficult client and then they have some kind of moment? Or if you have another idea -- just the idea of having Tess be the bitchy one for once appeals to me and she also tends to end up dating people that she's met through work so it makes perfect sense.]

It's a random and somewhat corny compliment to throw out, but Janet says it while she and Malcolm are enjoying another round of cocktails. His eyes are by far his most unique feature and in this particularly low light of the beer garden, there's a certain glow to them that makes them stand out even further.

She had decided to keep her word and find someplace between D.C. and New York where they could meet for another night of hanging out. Boston had seemed to be a decent idea, not too hard for either of them to get to, and she let him pick the place this time. Janet was really working hard to expand her social circle and despite the awkward way in which they'd met, she and Malcolm were developing a good friendship. She didn't want to ignore that.

"You look really nice right now," she added, still rambling a bit between sips of her martini. "Meanwhile, I'm just here freezing my tits off."
