A continent of ashes is hardly conductive for that.
He's standing by one of the glass panels now, looking out. Waiting for John Watson to arrive. The man had chosen a rather unconventional approach to demanding a meeting, consisting of a note on top of his half-empty dinner plate, saying I know you can read this - we need to talk. The kitchen staff hadn't quite known whether to pass the message on or pretend they'd never seen it.
The fact that John's actively posing demands despite the fact that he's basically a prisoner in a glass cell, buried alive underground, is almost laughable. But Khan's regrown his face completely at this point and luckily for John Watson, his humour, such as it is, has been restored along with it. Consequently, here he is.

It wasn't the first time that he's done this and it probably wasn't going to be the last. That's why whenever they decide to threaten him and get physical... Ichiban does what he does best and fight right back. Since he's a pretty big and strong guy, it doesn't take much effort for him to beat them down and install a little fear into them. As the thugs run away from him, Ichiban dusts his hands and lets out an annoyed sigh.
Of course he was completely unaware that this innocent lady could've easily handled the situation on her own.]

2ish, but 1 or 3 could easily come into play further along the line...
Of course, neither of those things stopped him from surrounding himself with beautiful women, not when he was filthy rich, not when he owned the most recognizable nightclub in Gotham: the Iceberg Lounge.
In fact, Madeleine found, Oswald could be quite the gentleman when besotted... even if his table manners left something to be desired. Of course, as his new favorite, the rest of his flock of women were staring daggers at her back from the moment she'd enchanted him... that is, until their attention was drawn another new arrival, exchanging excited whispers as they peered out from the upper floor VIP area, across their view of the dancefloor to the entrance... where none other than Gotham's Favorite Son had walked in.
Bruce Wayne visiting the Iceberg Lounge wasn't unheard of... but not a regular by any means. What a coincidence he'd be visiting on Madeleine's first night in Gotham...
