And, up until recently, becoming a third owner of Nelson, Murdock, and Page while she got her P.I. license to only see the firm's reach become even broader than just Hell's Kitchen.

When Mysterio let the world know Spider-man's alter ego and set him up for murder. Parker had been inclined to find himself a lawyer that could help him navigate the waters of this new nightmare.

Once they became Peter's representation; it also meant they would have to show their faces at specific events. One of those events just happened to be a holiday party for the Avengers.
