[It wasn't that hard to figure out that Matt Murdock was Daredevil. They both disappeared after Midland Circle, then they both reappeared. They seemed to have a lot of people in common, too.

But Trish isn't a monster (unlike many in her profession). She's not doing anything with that information, she just knows it. It helps make a lot of things about Matt clearer, and as she gets to know him she appreciates that.

This isn't the first holiday party they've both ended up at this season, and she's just planning on saying hi like always. Tben she hears a low whistle from behind her as she heads over, and of course it's Jess, rolling her eyes and pointing up at the mistletoe over Matt's head, and she knows Matt hears it too, so she has to explain:] You're standing under mistletoe.
