[Ever since they've come back from the Saber Hall and he has witnessed his brother's madness, Huaisang has found out that his touch, more than anything else, appears to be able to calm his brother down.

It's dangerous of course, because first he has to get close enough to touch him when he's having one of these episodes. But what other choices does he have? Besides, Huaisang is a Nie, and he will do whatever it takes to protect his brother and his Clan, no matter what.

Usually, after one of his fits, he gets some of the Sect brothers to bring Mingjue back to his rooms, and then shoos them all out. He has done so again this time, and turns to his brother, sitting on the bed where he has left him, and comes closer.

His hands are shaking slightly as he starts pulling on the ties holding Mingjue's clothing together. A bath, and then some sleep. That's what he needs to recover. As long as Huaisang stays with him.]

( She's accustomed to offering touch as a form of comfort for grieving people, but that's as far as it goes. She's not used to being touched at all really, so I'm very much here for her touch-starved self getting some affection! )

i'm really intrigued at this character of yours, and the idea of two beings who have very...intimate relationships with death as a concept, and also are not used to touch, for this meme? if you'd be interested in a thread I can def write us a starter but I wanted to check in first.

is there any particular scenario you're interested in for this meme? I browsed through her info and the concept of him seeing her kill is interesting, or perhaps her coming to collect one of HIS kills, but I'm not sure how to incorporate touch into it — is any aspect of what she does upsetting for her?}
