( can play with either the fact that Rohan is given his ~magic ability and has your character as the familiar of that ability, or the idea that he gains a whole new magic situation with a connection to your character. for those familiar with Jojo's, or someone looking to piggyback off of something easy, the familiar can be the extension of his ability Heaven's Door, but if your character has magic abilities you'd like to play out, it would be all too easy to write up an excuse as to how and why Rohan has stumbled upon your character.
however, i am totally up for a gen spin on things, ota for that. ship is not necessary, and pass on 10. in either regard, Rohan is eccentric and stony, up to being prickly and arrogant, so a slow burn in either romance or friendship is most likely. he's most easily a tsundere type.

Familiar role please
( unless you want a gen spin, in which case, ota. ship isn't necessary (and while on the topic, pass on 10.)
Ben has a familiar of his own, but happy to have him double up because whoops, or if you'd like to be his guardian angel...cool! if yours has any interesting abilities or powers then i'd love to have them incorporated however you would prefer. Ben focuses in cleansing and banishing of malevolent energy, but that doesn't necessarily mean his familiar has to be the same. securing a familiar by mistake means you get a mystery buddy. light assumed cr or first meetings are good.

[Hate demons, you say? Well obviously that means he should get a demon familiar.
Kaz is the souls of two demons in one (or not, it's complicated) and has all the instability that comes with a thinkspace that's too crowded. On the surface he's lethargic and given to inactivity- made to move only for his own amusement or (in his and most certainly this case) by order of the one who holds his collar. Dig a little deeper and it will be relatively easy to realize he's prioritizing his survival above all else- even if it means his dignity, of which he has little need. Digging deeper yet will reveal he does all of this out of fear- because dying means losing the other soul he carries, who is more dear to him than anything in the world.
Power wise, the abilities of the demons are split between might and magic. Kaz carries might- all the physical abilities (the strength, the speed, the endurance.) His twin, and the other soul within his body, Al, carries magic (the spells, the gates, the curses and the explosions.) Winning over one will require winning over the other. Failure to do so will cause the other to become insanely (and disastrously) jealous.
If any of that tickles your fancy, we could go with a light assumed CR of the two of them gently antagonizing the other as they wax philosophy. (IE: Kaz telling Ben he's a simp for God.)]

Phaedra had performed a blood-sorcery ritual, hoping to summon some sort of spirit, or maybe a ghost she could bind to her service in order to assist with her work as a seer among the vampire court. She had not been entirely prepared for the ritual to call forth a fae entity.
It was probably her mistake, using a fairy circle as a spot to set up her own ritual circle, drawn with her own vitae. But she'd called up one particular puck, regardless of how it happened.
