[ooc: Takeru is a very serious, youngish (~22) samurai lord who's facing the end of the world. Wants to do all the fighting by himself, and all the risking by himself. He didn't want to call his retainers to help. He's from a super sentai series - Samurai Sentai Shinkenger - so there's a lot of ridiculousness with coloured suits and explosions and fart jokes, but there's also a lot of genuine drama, and he is overall a pretty serious person who takes everything on himself as much as he can. He's learning friendship and learning very gradually to rely on others, though. So he's kind of Vulcan-y, if that helps, lol.
