Character: Daria Morgendorffer (Daria) - a cynical misanthropic girl who believes people should be good but doesn't think they are. Very opinionated and sarcastic, but has a very true sense of compassion/morality underneath her dry and cold exterior.

Looking For: Happy but very well meaning and kind characters to challenge her attitude or make her melt inside her cold icy heart. Or fellow sarcastic cynics to talk the shit. All of the cross canon CR and shipping, willing to play f/f and m/f.

Character: This is Aiden, the Sole Survivor from Fallout 4. I've been lazy about getting an info post up for him, apologies for that, but his story is just a bit different from canon. Shaun is his godson. Aiden was an intellectual property lawyer and a general robotics/computer nerd, so he is entirely out of his depth in the wasteland. He survives by blending in and sneaking around, and needs someone with a little more combat capability to really make it. End game for him is taking over the Institute and trying to broker peace with the other factions while keeping the Institute alive as a true force for the good of humanity, rather than a smoking radioactive crater or, y'know, hostile takeover of humanity with synths.

Looking For: My kingdom for a Danse or MacCready... or Nick, or Preston or- okok I would be thrilled with any and all Fallout 4 peeps, including other Sole Survivors or OCs! Also quite happy to mingle with anyone from other Fallouts, though aside from 4, I've only played 3 and New Vegas.

Wishlist: ~~someone please show this boy how to defend himself.~~ Memes or long-term PSLs are both good. Hurt/comfort is my jam, but action and smatterings of slice-of-life are also great. m/m for anything shippy, but I'm just as happy with platonic adventuring. Character: Haga, a 16 years old bug and card game enthusiast. He can be very annoying and really bratty, but if he warms up to someone he'll be less of a jerk. He thinks he's better than anyone but is actually just a short, twiggy loser. Has built 300 walls around him good luck tearing those down.

Looking For: For canon characters: I found myself a wonderful Ryuzaki just last week and now I'm on the hunt for a Pegasus to play shippy things with (don't @ me). Aside from that, looking for other characters who like or are interested in bugs because he'll warm up to them pretty much immediately. Also I'll never get tired of playing with him against monster folk (the more monstrous the better!). Also idols (male or female, I'm not picky).

Wishlist: I'm not even gonna start talking about Pegasus/Haga stuff or we're gonna be here all week, just be known I'm down for EVERYTHING. Other than that, I want idols because I headcanon Haga as being secretly into this type of stuff so I wanna play him being a fanboy to one! I think it would be fun and I never had the chance to do that. Also on the monster folk front: he will likely crush on those characters hard so, there's that. Character: Francel de Haillenarte, Final Fantasy XIV.

Looking For: Male Ishgardian Elezen characters from Final Fantasy XIV. Not currently interested in cross-canon for the following scenarios, thanks! I am open to cross-canon in general and for my other characters, though.

Wishlist: I am willing to play out most things, but for the purposes of this meme, I'm looking to play out two different shippy scenarios —

• A situation where another character and Francel are in a largely physical relationship which has to be kept a secret from others on account of their positions in life and social expectations... so basically, secret hookups where it has to be secret because they're gay (which isn't heretical, just very strange). As an optional plot twist, they might not even like each other all that much, but stay with each other because the relationship is just good enough to maintain and it's too difficult to find someone else who can be trusted to keep quiet about their passionate trysts. Personally, I'd like the tone of this to be somewhat humorous in a very tortured, excessively torrid, and exceedingly florid way ("I have it on good authority that you are like to find a gentleman who fancies evening strolls not unlike your own in a certain bookstore down the lane from the baker..."), but I can play it more serious, or heavier on the smut if that's what you'd prefer.

• A situation where your character has recently gotten divorced and is dealing with the social fallout of that... and Francel is there to, you know, be a convenient and scandalous rebound. The divorce itself would probably be a first for the new Ishgardian republic, but that's not really important. Who your character was originally married to is also not that important (though I am in favor of just writing the ex as a background character rather than any named NPC in the game). I'm open to the divorce being amicable or extremely bitter, but in either case, I just really want Francel to aggressively champion a dude's right to get divorced and still be a good Fury-fearing Ishgardian... then explore the awkward social dissonance of realizing that defending the divorcee has turned into being in love with the divorcee. Can also play Francel inadvertently ruining the marriage before the divorce if you want to throw that into the equation too (see: the terrible guilt of knowing you've lost interest in your wife because of some blond twink).

Again, if these aren't quite to your taste, we can do other things! I'm just advertising for these two in particular as one does not generally approach someone on shipping picture prompts with "Hey, what if your character was divorced and felt bad about it?" but... the divorce is the whole plot point... I'm here for guilt and drama...

listen I accidentally fell into Maze Runner hell while re-reading/rewatching and now I just wanna do?? something??? with canonmates. I have a 63!Thomas right now because that's my garbage but I'll probably also put together a canon!Thomas.

Character: nishikiyama akira, the nasty crime koi yakuza. depending on where in canon you want to pull him from, he's either a multi-millionaire kid who made his fortune during the 80's bubble economy in japan or he's a murderous crime boss having a sustained 10 year nervous breakdown, pick your poison

Character: Giles from Buffy the Vampire Slayer - I've been doing a re-watch of the series and ended up picking up this British guy who is good at magic and books, and gets hit on the head too much.

Looking For: Come at me. Canon, cross-canon, I'm not fussy. Not much for shipping with him, though. Last time I was writing for him, it was a lot of apocalyptic things.

Wishlist: Memes, PSLs, nothing in particular immediately comes to mind. I'm mostly in a voice testing place right now to see if I can adequately pick him back up.

So Giles is legit one of my favorite male characters ever and honestly responsible for getting me to go to library school, but I haven't played any Buffy folk in a long long while. That said! May I offer this precious British nerd? Perhaps as a surrogate niece of sorts. I do have a vague Buffyverse AU for her, or we could smash canons together. God knows vampires and Hellmouths wouldn't even be the weirdest thing in the MCU.

I also have a truly absurd number of other muses I'd be happy to throw Giles' way, including a self-indulgent OC archivist, but this was my first instinct.

I admit, sometimes I feel like I'm the only one in the world who hasn't watched a whole lot (or all) of MCU. I'm still down, though! You might just have to forgive me being a little canon-blind haha

Heh, that's fine! Jemma is a SHIELD scientist (one of their best) who's done things like cure alien diseases, fight Nazis, travel through time and space, and help save the world a lot of times. She's also just a sweet and very tired woman who needs a break, and I just feel like she would get on well with Giles. Maybe one of her parents knew him in school and she's grown up with him as a cool fake uncle?

- Ami, who comes in Silver Fang kinfolk or Bone Gnawer Homid Ragabash flavour, either in her twenties or as an Elder, equipped with a metis daughter and a lot of rage, and also alpha of the Gay Agenda pack, located in London
- Walkie Talkie, also in London, late teens, Glass Walker Lupus Theurge who's really good at being a Glass Walker and pretty bad at being Lupus, could be anywhere within reason
- Sam, Get of Fenris Homid Philodox, 20/early twenties, who is ftm and until Pegasus turned him down was raised as a Black Fury, currently located in the Midlands, England but could be anywhere
- Kaisa Virtanen, a Stargazer kinfolk based in Germany and later in life in Finland but could be anywhere within reason, 30-ish and mother of two young children. Happy to ship the heck out of her, she needs some romance in her life.

Canonmates! Any kind of canonmates, really. Particularly people from the same gameline (so Garou for the woofs, etc), but also all other kinds of oWoD people. I'm not picky, just give me that sweet canon setting.
People of corresponding species from other canons/OCs! So magic users for the mages, werewolves for the Garou or vampires/vampire-affiliates for the vampire-affiliated characters. I am just really bad at doing more than one canon at once, is the true issue here I think, and WoD (and recently mostly woofs) has been my One Canon for the last... five years or so? now...

And a Scion! I might toss one of my Red Talons who is technically retired at them some time, since Laughs started to date a Scion in the game I had him in and that's been his only exposure to them. Could be interesting to give him some perspective. How do you handle Scion vs. WoD? From what I understand they're only semi-compatible?

They play on different power scales, but the Scion I’m playing is only a demigod, not a full god. But it works out as well as the Scion’s player doesn’t decide to be an ass about it. Which is how you play a Scion off anything in DWRP, tbh.

If you wanna check up on that character for plotting purposes, his journal is

midnightroads and he’s a son of Baron Samedi (or rather St. Expedite who is often syncreticized with the Baron in voudoun).

Laughs' boyfriend's mother is from the Norse pantheon (Hel), for whatever that's worth - looking at Bash's profile I think him and Casper share a good deal of their power set, actually. Laughs himself is at this point a good deal more powerful than a regular Garou would be, having picked up things like a mythical storm spirit form and various magics. (And also a dragon daughter) No idea what that does with power levels, though.

Character: Cedric the Sensational, from Sofia the First! Also known as Cedric the Sorcerer and (by the end of canon) Cedric the Great. A villain for a large chunk of the canon, Cedric is nonetheless one of those woobie villains with a sad backstory who is misunderstood, devalued, looked down on, and just overall unfairly judged and it's left him bitter towards other and yearning for appreciation. He just decided that if he had to steal Sofia's amulet and use it to forcibly dethrone the king and take over that's what he'd do.

Despite his villain status, even from early on in the canon he first took Sofia on as an apprentice and then became her friend. According to his mother, Sofia is the best and first friend he's ever really had, sad as that is. He has complicated relationships with most of his family (except for his niece, whom he adores -- she is a little kleptomaniac though) as well as with the royal family, who he thinks looks down on him and takes him for granted, and for most of the canon he's kind of right. And with, well, pretty much the entire rest of the kingdom, who doesn't think he's a good sorcerer. Since he fucks up his magic worse and worse the more nervous he gets and he's acutely aware that everyone's pre-judging him as a fuckup, it's kind of a vicious spiral.

By the end of the series he's worked things out with King Roland even after trying to usurp him, with Sofia even after all his villainy came to light, and with pretty much everyone else (except his familiar, who backstabbed and left him for not being evil any longer). He's much more respected and people believe in him more, and he's eager to live up to that belief and his magic has gotten better due to people believing in him and his own newfound confidence, surprise surprise. His attitude is also better and he's overall happier, but he'll probably always be kind of a sarcastic drama queen and have his moments of grouch.

...And as a note, his magical ability is actually fucking crazy (though mostly due to how bonkers the ability to do magic in Enchancia is) and he also may or may not have the tendency to burst into song (and sometimes dance). He also tries to sound more posh British most of the time but often slips into a muuuch less posh accent and way of speaking that's almost certainly more natural to him.

Looking For:
CANON: For shipping, I'd love to find a Baileywick, Greylock, or Slickwell! Outside of shipping, I'd still love to play off those characters, or Sofia, Wormwood, Princess Vivian, Miss Nettle, and/or Calista especially, but I'd also be thrilled with any of his family, the royal family or servants at the castle, any of Cedric's former students, Grimtrix, Prisma, Twitch... Pretty much anyone really!
CROSS-CANON: ANYONE, especially other magic-users, other Disney characters, other redeemed villains, and other characters from fantasy or urban fantasy canons! For shipping I prefer m/m but m/f is absolutely not off the table and nonbinary characters are also always awesome! (Only looking for 18+ for shipping though, please!) I am OTA, though, legit. Cedric could use more friends, he's more inclined to mentor/teach kids than he (used to) like to admit... He could even use another familiar. Like, anything.

Wishlist: This isn't exactly a voice test but I'm trying to get back in the swing of playing Cedric. I am open for all kinds of memes, would be totally up for PSLs, am up for all kinds of gen or shippy relationships (see above)... Any level of plotless chatting all the way through big plotlines would be great. I am also so willing to do AUs where Cedric is a part of your character's canon or vice-versa. Okay, so I have a crosscanon idea that would also let me scratch an itch that I have for Miriam here as well. Full disclosure: I don't actually know much about Sofia the First and I'm going by your summaries here. Before I go on, how much do you know about Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night?

No worries about not being familiar with the canon! I've heard the name before and I know Bloodstained is a game, but I don't really know anything about it. Tell me a little about it/Miriam/your idea?

Character: Shirabu Kenjiro from Haikyuu!!

Looking For: I'm always desperately seeking Shiratorizawa teammates for shipping. Semi, Kawanishi and Ushijima are my faves but Tendou and Goshiki are also fantastic. Cross-team can be more complicated because STZ just don't interact with very many of them in canon (Ushijima aside) but LISTEN, I'd give anything a try!

Wishlist: I'd really love some post-timeskip reunions with this boy, especially once he's actually seeing patients or just doing rounds as a resident.

Character: Ganymede, from greek mythology!

Looking For: Friendship things with most notably Hebe and Eros, Zeus for shipping (there's more on my journal for that since there's so many ways this relationship can be interpreted...), basically anyone else from greek myth if we have a way to toss them together and you're interested in that! (Getting to do some comparison between Persephone and Ganymede's circumstances would be interesting...)
Other adaptions, either fusion or doing a jamjar setting would be fun, as well as cross-canon or fusion with other myths or supernatural canons. Most notably I'd love to get to do threads with immortal but otherwise human characters, since Ganymede otherwise mostly deal with immortals who are not human, and there's a difference there, in the connection to the cultures left behind and which are gone, and more. It'd just be fun to get to explore what that immortal + human angle means (even if he lives separate from human society mostly).

Wishlist: Stuff dealing with myths Ganymede was around for - just like moving around and dealing with them as part of Life Happening, you know? Lots of things around the Trojan War for angst, or maybe the Gigantomachy, dragging it out a little?
Modern settings are fun too, absolutely, but I admit to a greater love for a mythic/bronze age greece setting or otherwise historical eras, with the changing of society and events happening. Top wish would obviously be getting to play out the development of the relationship he has with Zeus.

Character: Clear from Dramatical Murder. An advanced robot with striking ignorance and innocence about how the human world works, while simultaneously a badass derp when stuff goes down and baddies need their butts kicked. Also he's a love interest.

Looking For: Any characters 21+ up to tolerate and eventually ship with a quirky AI that needs a little guidance and understanding.

Wishlist: Do you know DMMd? Let me just say: the dog route was a massive letdown.

I would hella love to explore a storyline where an AI that's nonhuman in the real world but humanoid in the virtual develops a relationship with a human. Instead of magical mind transplants both solving and making things more complicated (see: dog route), I want the AI permanently in its robot shape (or monitor, or hologram, or whatever) and only able to experience "physical" interaction in something like a hyper advanced virtual reality. A little angst, a little fluff.

Smut not even a little requested. Handholding/hugs/kisses would explore the romantic angle enough to satisfy me, but sex could be up for discussion if we both decided to nudge the characters that way.

Character: Brianna Solo / Kylo Ren, a genderswapped version of Ben Solo aka the actual last Skywalker, heir to Vader, family disappointment, misunderstood antagonist, etc etc. Aside from canon, I also have several AU versions to explore different possibilities/outcomes (yes, including a smuggler one, can't have a Solo without that). I also have a kid!Brianna journal for childhood/early years stuff.

Looking For:
Any and all family interactions, forever and always. (This includes family friends, who we all know are basically family in this case.) Aside from the dozens of conversations that should have happened but never did, I simply enjoy exploring the dynamics of the oh so complicated Skywalker/Solo clan and all the strings that come along with it. Exploring pre-film stuff, canon divergence, mixing up movieverse with EU (I'd like to see how Brianna and Jaina would interact, she's the only EU sibling Bri hasn't 'met'), Force ghost visits, side adventures, so on and so forth.

Obi-wan Kenobi. I've always wanted to see how they might interact. Between arguably being her namesake (that's the origin of Ben's name and I chose hers to purposely be similar), his relationship with Anakin, and just his general connection to her family, I feel like there's a lot to play with there. Could be timeline shenanigans of some sort, Force ghost, whatever.

For cross canon, a Steve Rogers. (Yes, I know this sounds extra-cracktastic but stay with me for a minute.) Ages ago one hit me up for a line and I haven't been able to shake the urge to experiment with the pairing since. Completely platonic or shippy tones doesn't matter to me. Between his personality type and certain parallels between Brianna/Kylo and Bucky, I think it could be a really interesting dynamic to explore, plus the angle of someone not related or connected to her potentially 'reaching' her and drawing her from darker urges.

Wishlist:
General idea - a few months back I got struck with the idea of what if Brianna went back in time and instead of doing the 'proper' thing and not trying to mess with events, instead sought out one of her family so they could try and stop/kill Palpatine once and for all. Probably works best with Prequel Era but down to try this anywhere/with anyone. Please help her get the revenge on Palpatine that she was robbed from getting in TROS. :x

Leia - Give me mother-daughter things. Or anything. TFA divergence with Han bringing Brianna back and how that might go. Messy conversations dealing with Snoke and how Leia knew about his presence from the beginning, or the fallout from Luke's actions (and how Brianna might have felt that since no one did anything once they presumably knew, then they must have agreed with the idea of her being too dangerous to let live). Exploring slightly political scenarios where Kylo takes over the First Order and there's the possibility of a truce or something of the sort, and the two meet in one manner or another for negotiations. A political coup where Kylo's kicked out of the FO, or she defects, and seeks her mother. Timeline shenanigans where Brianna ends up in the OT era and gets to see Leia being a badass and basically seeing a side of her mother she never knew. Literally anything with Leia, pls and ty.

(ghost) Anakin - What if she was talking to her grandfather all those years? and how that might change things. OR if he spoke to her when she tracked down his helmet initially. TROS divergence because wtf that was the perfect time for ~~her idol~~ Anakin to appear. Something where he was trying to reach her but Snoke/Palpatine was interfering (or even he clues her into Palpatine earlier). AUs where Anakin lived and her childhood undoubtedly goes differently. Timeline shenanigans where she can see what her grandfather was really like. Virtually anything, there's so much they could talk about or that Anakin could help her with, even just when it comes to dealing with the Force and that sheer level of power/ability that others can't really understand if they're not in the same boat.

General timeline shenanigans or post-TROS where she lived or any divergence where she's not actively in the First Order or Resistance - just any situation where Brianna has a chance to discover what she actually wants or wants to do with her life, who she wants to be, so on and so forth. Honestly one reason I've always wanted to toss her in the Old Republic era somehow was how, with so many Force users around, she would be able to contently fade into the crowd and be no one special. This is a character that's never gotten the chance or ability to follow what they wanted to do in life, or explore things they might be interested in, so I find that whole realm of possibilities something interesting for RP purposes. (And that's not counting the whole angle of Free Will vs Destiny or Forced By a Greater Power when it comes to being Force sensitive on the level she is.)
