It's an animal transformation meme!



So everything is normal this morning. The sun is shining (or maybe it’s raining, or maybe it’s snowing, or maybe you’re in space, like, on the moon, with Steve!), you’re in bed (or hammock, or cot, or pile of hay) and everything is good (or not). Except for one tiny thing.

You’re now an animal.

Why are you an animal? How do you change back? Who knows! It’s an adventure, right?!

Instructions:
► Post your character with name, series, and what animal they are.
► Tag by going to RNG and roll a number 1-8.
► Roll with the scenario given and play it out.
► Have fun!

Scenarios:
1. The Evil Sorcerer/Sorceress: You transformed the poor victim into an animal, it’s all your fault. But why? Well, clearly, you’re going to tell them right now.

2. The Captor: You’ve found the poor thing on the side of the road, or maybe in your friend’s room. So you’ve taken them home as your pet. You wonder why they’re acting so strangely...

3. Looking to Adopt: Somehow, they’ve ended up in the pet shop, looking to be adopted. You’re looking for a new pet and they might just be perfect.

4. My Hero!: So someone was pulling on their tail or trying to feed them to a cat or something. You’ve come in to save the day!

5. The Food Chain: You’re an animal, too! Too bad they just happen to be your favorite snack.

6. Animal Bros: You scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours? It’s a hard world for an animal out there! Since we’re both of the non-human persuasion, let’s help each other out.

7. Fairy Tale Endings: So the story’s coming to an end, and you need something to transform back into your normal self. This calls for True Love’s Kiss.... or the kiss of the closest princess around.

8. Free roll: Whatever one you want! Or a mix, or all, or none!

He wasn't normally the type to pick up strays, not wanting to take in something that might become a burden on his brother later, and it's easier not to grow attached, you know how it is.

Either way, in the middle of this particular woodland, not far whatsoever from where Lambert may be coming to terms with his own new form, comes a young white-tail buck. He moves awkwardly, though. Marches with his legs a little too high, unsteady, as if wholly unfamiliar with the limbs given to him. 

Wake up, you big dumb moron, is the voice it carries, not verbalized, but as if through its own head. Its thoughts heard only to himself, and Lambert, considering their shared circumstance. One of those big, fluffy ears swings toward the black wolf's direction before his cognizance registers with it. He is unused to these heightened instincts, and so, it's much more delayed than a deer who is accustomed to being a deer would react, but soon his whole head turns to see the lupine creature in the tall grass. 

And having not the littlest clue that the poor animal is also trapped in the same predicament, he promptly turns hoof and starts to stumble in the opposite direction. His muscles quiver with a deer's instinctual drive to bound away from a predator, but as the man soul-trapped, he is trying to keep his cool. 

Just what I goddamn need. Had to take it didn't you. If you get eaten, it's your own fault, idiot.

It's a weird feeling for Ethan, but maybe he should expect it by now. The cat's been in all sorts of places in the short time he's been here, and seems both desperate for and hesitant around the idea of being petted. Very strange, kind of unusual. Definitely enough to get him to come back by the cat's space more than once.

This particular time? He draws close to the dang cat, offering his hand to sniff.]

... I wonder if it bothers you to be called cute.
