[Kunimi doesn't get a text message. He gets an actual, written uh... letter? Note? How he found the way to leave in in Kunimi's locker is a mystery. Nevertheless, the "letter" says:

They told me this is more romantic. Is it working? I can't tell.
There's a volleyball match this evening, at 6 pm, Adlers are playing. Wanna go?
Just text me when you see this. We'll miss the game if you write back.
There's a bit of smudge between that part and lower part of the note as if someone was writing and then erasing stuff before there's a blurry:
"Thinking of you. Kageyama"
written on top of it, and a messily drawn volleyball (a squiggly circle with few lines).]
