[Vaggie tore a small piece off, dapping it to get a little more of the powdered sugar. Well, she had to admit that it kind of sound like her at first. This wasn't getting them very far.]

What about her hair color? Is she tall, what was she wearing?

[And with that she put the funnel cake in her mouth. It was actually a lot better than she thought it would be, a lot better than she remembered anyways. Ok, maybe she would have been able to eat one on her own.]

[Dabi doesn't get why Shigaraki doesn't just break into it and take what he wants. He's so fucking over fighting for every little thing.

[ Tomura wrinkles his nose as he fiddles with the stick, guiding the claw over to the same damn box he's been trying to drag over to the opening. He's only mostly succeeded in nudging it a little closer. ]

Can't help it if they rigged the claw to be so fucking shitty...

[It only helps that he's eating popcorn as if he's at a show.]

[ He may be trying to beat this thing, but he wastes a second to narrow his eyes at Dabi. ]

When did you decide you were such an expert?

[ After another few seconds of hesitation, he twists the joystick to try for something new anyway. What the fuck does he have to lose at this point? ]

Since I been watchin' you tryin' the same damn move for an hour.

[OK so he's exaggerating, but at this point he really just wants Shigaraki to get the damn thing. ]

Besides, ya just told me to be encouraging so here it is.

[ Tomura grumbles under his breath, but maneuvers the claw down to grab some toy robot sitting at the top of the pile. Predictably, the machine loosens its grip halfway through the air and sends the toy tumbling down—it knocks against the box he's been trying to grab, shifting it a few tantalizing centimeters closer to the opening.

Tomura groans and knocks his head against the glass. ]

I'm going to kill this thing.

See? You're that much closer.

[He's mostly teasing.

But now he's also done with his popcorn so he tosses the container in the general direction of the trash, and saunters over to Shigaraki, leaning in behind him.]

Try movin' that one over there. If you can lift it up and crash it against your box it'll move some more.

[Despite originally wanted to eat funnel cake, Kronk's content just waiting to get a tiny piece. He's more occupied trying to think.]

Uhhh. She's shorter than me. I think she's kinda tall though. She wears those black, purple, fake hair things. [Squinting! So much thinking.] She wears... some kinda dress. Long dress.

[He suddenly tears up a bit.] I don't wanna be lost forever, lady!

[ He makes a noise in the back of his throat that's actually kind of whiny. Dabi egging him on is coming close to being the only reason he doesn't just destroy the thing. ]

It's not exactly easy to aim with this thing, you know...

[ But he pops another coin in and tries to do as Dabi says, maneuvering the claw toward the toy he's indicating. Honestly, if this doesn't work, they might as well share the frustration. ]

[So taller than Vaggie, wearing a wig or headpiece of some kind that should be easier to spot. She picks another piece of the funnel cake off.]

So is she your mom or something?

[When he started to tear up Vaggie couldn't help but sigh, offering a small pat to his back since she wouldn't be able to reach his shoulder.]

You won't be, maybe it would be best to wait until she comes back. That might be best.

[Kronk rubs at his eyes to stop crying but... uh... his bottom lip just keeps wobbling.] No... Yzma's my boss. I dunno what I got to do, never really been on my own before.

[Yzma's a witch slash scientist and the brains of the operation and Kronk's her dim, muscular and. And much younger henchman.]

You don't mind waiting? I don't wanna be a bother or anything, could figure something out, maybe!

[Vaggie's eye twitched slightly. All this over losing his boss temporarily, and why would they even be together at a carnival. She ate the second bite she had pulled off, shoving down her annoyance at the quivering lip and idiocracy.]

I don't mind waiting. Besides, it won't be long before she probably comes back to get something to eat. The food is the best thing about these places.

She'd probably just get mad if you had one of the callers just start shouting her name or went to the ticket counter like a lost child.
