'Cause sometimes you just can’t save yourself.

1. BAD DATE - You get a text, a phone call, or maybe you can just see the other person floundering on what clearly must be the worst date of their life. Time to step in and save the day.

2. PRISON - Maybe they've been wrongly convicted, or maybe you're an accomplice. Either way, it's jailbreak time. Maybe the guards will fall for the old 'wounded prisoner' technique.

3. TAKEN HOSTAGE - They're being held at gunpoint, either for money or for fun. Maybe you can talk down their captors — or maybe you are a captor, secretly working to help them.

4. UNWELL - Your body is damaged, your suffering taken its toll. You can't save yourself anymore. You're wounded, you're starving, maybe even dying. Someone, help!

5. YOURSELF - One bad choice after another, your self-destructive tendencies are going to get the best of you unless someone steps in to save the day.

6. BIG DAMN RESCUE - You're hovering over an active volcano, a pit of sharks, about to fall off a cliff. Whatever it is, you've only got precious seconds of life left.

7. LONELINESS - You've been secluded, locked away, and the emptiness is overwhelming. You need company, or you might just drown.

8. UNWANTED SOCIAL FUNCTION - A family reunion, your three o'clock board meeting, whatever it is, you desperately don't want to go. Hopefully your good buddy can come up with a distraction.

9. BAD ROMANCE - You're trapped in a relationship that's headed south. Maybe it's an arranged marriage, or maybe it's just someone who won't take no for an answer. You need a helping hand, maybe even a Prince(ss) Charming.

10. WILDCARD - Any kind of rescue will do! Spread your creative wings and go for it.

[ Because the Bat still gets in over his head. Especially when it's drug cartels that are coming in and out of Gotham! ]

[ Batman rarely makes an appearance out in public. Not because of injuries or age. He tries to only make the Bat known if it is needed. The idea of criminals being afraid of a mythological figure has always been the goal. Things just went south with the Kryptonians having their issues in Metropolis.

Now he's wondering how he's going to get himself out of this labyrinth of sewers. Central City isn't necessarily his area. He has a basic map, but, there's some kind of interference. Of course, he could of just asked for help, but the Bat didn't necessarily want people to know he's in town. ]

[He hasn't paid much attention to the sewers in the past unless absolutely needed, but since the last Crisis situation he's definitely been keeping an eye on anything weird down there.

This definitely qualifies as weird. He clears his throat, hoping the Bat will notice him.]

Uh, hey Kate -- wait, you're not Kate, unless you suddenly got a lot more muscly. Not that she's not super-strong, but uh. Yeah. Not Kate. Need a hand anyway?

[Sorry Bruce, he's used to your cousin being the Bat here.]

[ Kate might be a batshaped woman, but he doubts she towers at 6'0" and hides in the shadows as nearly as well as he does.

Though he does step from the shadows. His cloak is covering most of his frame and it makes look like he does morph from the wall. There is a reason why Gotham fears the Bat.

He simply stares at Barry. Definitely a Flash. The costume is a bit of a give away. ]

[Gotham might fear the Bat, but Barry doesn't. He simply offers him a gloved hand to shake, grinning.] Hi, I'm the Flash. You might have heard of me. Or you might know me, I'm not sure. You might have noticed things are a little wonky lately. If you let me help, I can get you out of here.

[ The Batman simply glances down at the hand and gives a nod. He's never much of a overly friendly type, regardless of the universe. ]

Different suit. [ Which is enough to say he knows a Flash. ] I'm presuming this is still Central City.

Ohhh...which suit are you used to? I've met a couple of other versions of me. Hopefully he's not evil. But yeah, this is Central City! Or at least, underneath Central City. You want me to take you to STAR Labs? I bet the team would love to meet you.

[Just let him run you out pleeeease.]

Armored. [ There is a small nod of his head, gesture to how the armor would of been on this Flash's suit. ] I'm looking into something. STAR Labs doesn't need to know I'm here.

[Belatedly he realizes his hand is still waiting for that handshake he's clearly never going to get so he just. Gestures vaguely with it.] Uhhhhh it's kind of too late for that.

[He points to the side of his head where his comm is.]

They're already listening.

[ Ah. He merely glances up with a tad bit of a frown on his face. ]

Then, it isn't crashing a party, is it?

Nope, no party crashing involved. I should ah...probably mention that I'm the owner of it. STAR Labs, I mean. That might be different than what you're used to.

[Not that he really acts like he owns the place but you know. Technically he does.]

[ Now that is a change from the Flash he knows. The Bat even sounds surprised to. At little. He motions for Flash to escort him where he needs to. ]

Yep. Technically, anyway, it was sort of...handed to me. I'm not really doing a whole lot with it other than keeping it up for our headquarters. I should probably be trying to make stuff but I've been a little busy.

[Escort him? Nah. He's looping an arm around him and dashing straight to STAR Labs. Just don't throw up like Diggle does, please.]
