Plain and simple: your character is being kissed. Abruptly. How did this happen? Were they talking too much to the point where it was the only way to shut them up? Was someone bidding adieu or just not able to hold in their feelings? Or was this some CPR class gone bad? More importantly—how do they react?

How this works:
→ Leave a comment with the usual information in the subject line: character name, fandom. Any preferences, including what you don't want, should be included as well. Congratulations, your character is being kissed by whoever tags them!

→ Feel free to roll RNG (1-9) if you cannot come up with scenarios of your own.

[ Any time the club goes out to the pool, it's guaranteed to be a lively experience at the very least. Perhaps too lively. There's no telling whose idea it was originally to have a contest to see who could go down the water slide with the most impressive splash at the end, as judged by the younger club members, but as always, Keiichi gave it his all, despite it being such a silly and insignificant competition.

And he really did look impressive flailing around in mid-air as he was launched at a high speed from the water slide's exit... it's just that after that magnificent splash soaked everyone nearby, he didn't float back up to the top right away. He'd taken in a huge breath of air before impact, but it was just about knocked out of him when he hit the water's surface. The fact that he had any air in him at all is probably the only reason why he didn't start taking it in right away, but the world still goes dark and quiet for a moment.

The next thing he knows, he's above water, hard concrete on his back. There's the muffled sound of worried onlookers. He distinctly hears the words mouth-to-mouth and drowning, but he simply doesn't think that those words apply to him.

Thinking that one of his friends might be in trouble, he gasps out loud, opens his eyes, and starts to shoot upright. Except someone's there, hovering right over him... a fuzzy silhouette against the backdrop of the bright summer sky. His lips end up meeting with that person's, and since he was gasping for air at the time, his mouth is still somewhat open. ]

Mmmf—!

[ He freezes in place, eyes wide with surprise. This person smells kind of familiar... like he's had to buy her shampoo before as part of some punishment game. And... he can't help but think that those lips are pretty soft, too... ]

Personally, Irene thinks it's completely scandalous, borderline rude, that Sherlock suspects her in this instance. Just because something pretty and possibly very valuable has gone inexplicably missing doesn't mean she should be vilified like this. She faces him gamely, unruffled by his probing inquiries, the sweet smile on her lips never wavering. So, maybe he's starting to hit a little too close to the mark, or maybe she's just being her usual self-- whatever the reason, this is Irene's next move:

[ With it being formerly wild frontier land that neither elves nor humans had placed much emphasis on establishing their domains in, Wu was not a land that many scholars took interest in. There were a few important military minds and philosophers that came from the region, but they were fairly well-documented. Thus, it came as a bit of a surprise when a Lunari scholar had come to the area, and as something of a scholar himself (among other things), Zhou Yu had seen fit to take her to some of the sights, including a little-known archaeological site dating back thousands of years, proof of a long lost civilization thought by many to have never even existed.

Of course, he'd become rather enamored with the enthusiasm of his guest, and as they'd spent more time together, he found himself appreciating her breadth of knowledge as well. After returning to his estate for the day, they started talking about the many potential discoveries still left undiscovered in the dangerous hill country. Minutes turned to hours, and finally, when Lioriley becomes particularly engrossed in one topic, he finds himself drawn to her. It's not so much that he's getting bored with the topic at hand that he simply can no longer maintain his normally reserved front.

It's a soft peck on the lips, not a particularly forceful one, that cuts her off mid-ramble. It takes him a moment to realize that he's followed through on that rather uncharacteristically impulsive urge, and he laughs gently, sitting back. ]
