It's Ladies Night, and that means that ladies everywhere have been invited to spend some time together treating themselves and each other to almost anything they could desire. The atmosphere is relaxed and all invited ladies are free to spend time in one or more of the specially designated areas.

1) The Spa
With all of your usual (and maybe not as usual) spa amenities. Pamper yourself here.

2) The Gym
With any/all the sports and exercise equipment you could want as well as indoor and outdoor spaces to practice. This includes weapons for those so inclined.

3) The Tea Room
From Western style high tea to Eastern tea ceremonies, this is the place to come to wear your finest.

4) The Game Room
TVs, video games, beanbag chairs and plenty of junk food to go with it. Pajamas are the unofficial dress code.

5) Common Spaces
Anything you want not covered by the above. This is your space, ladies, if you want it, you can find it here.

[Homura is not normally one to dignify Kyouko's bravado with any real response, but something about the way she says Little Miss Perfect sets her teeth a little on edge. She's learned that this is Kyouko's thing, getting a rise out of people, but this knowledge doesn't make her immune to provocation. Apparently.

And, if she thinks about it, she has to admit that their rapport is a refreshing change from her relationships with all the others. There's an implicit understanding between them that she's long since stopped allowing herself to hope for with anyone else.

She tilts her head to the side, looks at Kyouko out of the corner of her eye, says with a dismissive sort of airiness:]

Mm. Some of us have better things to do than play.

[If it were easy to goad Homura, Kyouko wouldn't try nearly as hard to do it. Almost any kind of response is a victory in her book, though, and this is something she might be able to work with. Normally Homura's tone would send Kyouko into a more volatile rise in temper, but this is just how it was when the talked.

Not that it doesn't get her a little. With one turn and a hop, Kyouko is in front of Homura, facing her. Her voice remains light and teasing, but there's an edge, now, if there wasn't before.]

Tell me about it. You'd need some friends for that, right? Pretty boring coming here alone.

[Used, by now, to Kyouko's complete and utter lack of regard for personal space, Homura doesn't so much as bat an eye when the other girl moves to stand in front of her.

She's never quite been able to clamp down on her bitterness and constant sorrow fast enough to avoid the little giveaways, no matter how many times she goes through this, so there's a slight twisting of her mouth at the mention of friends - or lack thereof - before the shutters are drawn on her expression.]

Then why do you come so often?

[Since Homura's response is both a good question and a pretty good snipe, it gives Kyouko pause for a second or two. There's nothing stopping her from simply not answering, but both she and Homura are self-made loners, and that kind of kinship makes things almost (ironically) comfortable in a conversation like this. Of course, Kyouko has no intention of spilling her guts, especially since she has an opportunity to be subtle for once.]

'Cause I can get all the high scores. And it's not like that makes me buddies with any of the other morons who come here a lot. I'm sure they just hate me for being better.
