The lady that approaches is clearly high fashion. Not a thread out of place, hair perfectly styled. The way she levels a look at him just speaks leaps and bounds for how she feels of his attire.

"You're Thor, correct?" she frowns, voice just full of judgement, "A Mr. Loki personally asked for my assistance with his dear older brother. Clearly the urgency of his request wasn't exaggerated."

Ben surveys Loki's clothes with some approval. He was never one for gaudy dress, even when he was Supreme Leader. Snoke was the one who sat on a throne all day and wore all gold. Kylo Ren was more active, and had a disdain for decadence and excess. Decadence was not threatening, it was ridiculous. While a lot about Ben has changed since then, his taste in clothes and his dislike of flashiness has not.
