TYPES OF SCENES
① Action → Gun fights, bar brawls, fights to the death are all possible scenarios.

⑯ Apocalypse → The apocalypse finally happened and now you're left to scavenge and fight for whatever is left.
⑰ Sabotage → It's time to sabotage someone's plan! How is entirely up to you. Do you set up a bomb in their toilet? Do you double cross them at the last minute?
⑱ Big damn hero → You know you have to handle this one alone, so that means disarming or knocking unconscious the person who wants to join you.
⑲ Fight club → You know the rules... you're in an underground fighting ring and you're fighting with all you've got.
⑳ Threaten → You've just been sent here to rough them up a little, threaten them into behaving.

ANGST.
① Injury / illness → Your character has become injured or ill! To what extent is the mun's choice.
② Last moments → You character has been gravely injured and this is their last chance to say their last words.
③ Depression → Your character is depressed, what actions they take is up to the mun.
④ Betrayed → You character has been betrayed by the other. How do they react?
⑤ Tortured → Your character is being tortured and needs rescuing or at least a sympathetic ear to help him through it.
⑥ Jealousy → Your character is feeling jealous and must deal with it, how will they do it?
⑦ Breakup! → This relationship has gone as far as it can, it's time to breakup.
⑧ Broken → For whatever reason, the character is broken, mentally or or physically.
⑨ Fight → You can't even be in the same room as your friend or lover without arguing anymore.
⑩ Lost → You lost the biggest fight of your life and now all you can do is try to pick up the pieces.
⑪ Worst nightmare → Whatever you fear the most is now real or maybe you're just trapped in a dream together, but whatever it is, it feels too real.
⑫ Addicted → You're addicted to something, alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever. It's destroying your life and you can't do anything to stop it.
⑬ Hurt you → You're being forced to hurt someone you love either by betraying them or even being forced to shout things you don't mean. It's for their own good in the end though.
⑭ Separation → You were forced to leave this person for their own safety and while you've been miserable without them, you really didn't mean to run into them again... maybe it was by accident or you were watching them from afar this whole time.
⑮ Becoming a monster → You are slowly changing, becoming a monster: vampire, zombie, demon, something you can't recover from and no-one can help you.
⑯ Frozen → You are entirely helpless, frozen, to stop some kind of disaster.
⑰ Prison → You were very bad and now it's time to pay the price by turning yourself in or maybe the law just finally caught up to you.
⑱ Fear → You're not sure why, but you are suddenly terrified and you can't deal with it. You need help.
⑲ Hated → You are now hated by the person you loved the most.
⑳ Down and out → You're living on the streets, you've hit rock bottom, and you don't know what to do.

[ the last thing troy remembers is madison, hammer in hand, blinking up at her while blood matted in his hair and trickled down his face. no, wait. that's not the last thing he remembers. the last thing he remembers is being struck once more for good measure, the second blow sending him toppling down a mound of dirt to land in an unconscious heap on the floor below. dead, he'd thought, but apparently not. ]

[ not that any of that matters now. what matters now is picking himself up and carrying on, the collapse of the dam sending him on a one-way trip along the tijuana river all the way to santa barbara, his survival something of a goddamn miracle, given the multitude of ways his ticket could have been punched — traumatic brain injury, blood loss, drowning, a bite from the infected, starvation, and dehydration, to name but a few. ]

[ since then, days have gone by, accumulating into months. it hasn't been easy, but troy is a survivor. hell, he's more than that. he was bred for this. the apocalypse a world he's come to thrive in where others have simply perished. here and now, however, it's not training or teotwawki skills keeping him going, it's madison. the need to find her, track her down, and pay her back in kind for all of the shit she caused, troy's own path of destruction by leading a horde to the ranch a proportionate reaction in response to all her interfering and manipulation. at least, that's how troy he sees it. after all, if she hadn't done what she did, the ranch would still belong to him and his people, and jake and big otto would still be alive, their settlement safe from threat. ]

[ raising an arm to shield his eyes from the sweltering sun, troy trudges in booted feet along a street named constance, dressed in a pair of tan combat pants with a holster strapped to his thigh, his shoulders slouching under the weight of his backpack, the neck, underarms, and chest of his brown military style t-shirt soaked with sweat from trekking around the street in search of supplies. ]

[ as far as he can tell, the whole place is abandoned, the desolate neighborhood indicating towards evacuation, but that doesn't mean there aren't any dangerous. even after scouting the suburban landscape and checking the perimeters of the seemingly deserted homes contained within it before entering them just like his father taught him, troy remains wary. his strength something he's still building after very nearly getting his brains bashed in, not to mention his shortage of ammo, the only other weapon on him a small knife that would take some getting up close and personal to be of any real use. but what did he expect? ]

[ the people who lived here weren't like him and his family. they weren't ready for the world to collapse and it shows. if they were, maybe he would've been able to scrounge up something more than just a few canned goods, some rags, and half a bottle of alcohol. then again, maybe they were ready but someone else got here before him and picked the place clean, a thought that finds contemplative weight in a menacing piece of graffiti depicting a skull with a rattlesnake curled around it spray painted on the front of one of the houses. ]

[ The concept of taking vacation time is still new to Siegfried, and even when he forces himself to shed his armor and partake in lighthearted activities, his mind typically wanders to whatever mission he must pick up again soon. Lately, however, he's found himself actually looking forward to when the Grandcypher would descend for the purpose of leisure, assuming he actually had the time to break away from other duties.

The reason for why he's become a little more frivolous is a fellow workaholic. It's not a romance that anyone would have expected-- the both of them were much too dedicated to everything but their personal lives to pay any mind to matters of the heart. But perhaps that's why they work so well.

It started as casual conversation over weaponry, which then evolved into training sessions whenever the two happened to be aboard the ship. Late night tea sessions became a thing, and with tea came more personal chats. Their budding romance started to become obvious to everyone but them, and it took an exasperated Korwa for Siegfried to realize that he did think of Six as a dear friend, but he also felt a different type of emotion when the seamstress' outburst made Six blush and nearly spill his tea.

So it's been a long road, and some would say they they have an absurdly long way to go. The both of them being the way they are, they've held hands. They number of times they've kissed can be counted on one hand.

They remain hopeless.

Siegfried finds him sitting on the shore. He's already dressed in his summer yukata, and when he spots both his familiar form and the fabric of the yukata they'd picked out last time they were able to meet, his smile widens a bit. ]

I'm glad to see you were able to find the time to relax a bit, Six.
