( if you’re okay with him, let me know if this works! )
[ They’ve been traveling together for just a little over a week now. Or, more accurately, Adrian has attached himself to someone who saved him from a group of bandits and Felix has been tolerating his presence ever since. But each morning he wakes and half-expects to find himself alone again, that maybe his companion had finally had enough and decided to up and leave in the middle of the night.
That is, until Felix inevitably returns from wherever he’s gone or Adrian searches the vicinity to find he never traveled very far to begin with. Today, like most days, he’s out sparring and Adrian approaches carefully from the side with his usual pleasant smile. Pleasantly relieved anyway. ]
Good morning, Felix. Or should I say, good afternoon.
[ Expression turns slightly more apologetic. He doesn’t usually sleep in this late, after all. ]
It’s a lovely day to join someone out for a stroll, isn’t it? Maybe somewhere like the marketplace. Maybe someone like... a nice, smart, beautiful florist...
[ Whose name starts with ‘A’ and ends with ‘drian’ while he’s being so wonderfully subtle about it, hands linked behind his back in mock innocence. ]
[While it wasn't exactly unusual for Makoto to come to him for advice or input on one thing or another it was odd for the blonde to do so on such short notice and keep specifics vague. Generally he would be quite up-front about whatever he wanted- whether it was video game talk or even to exchange job opportunities- so the mysteriously sparse text that Natsume had gotten asking to meet after school was... Curious, to say the least.
Of course it doesn't take a genius of the Five Oddballs to surmise that this means the topic in question is something sensitive, but it also means a majority of the redhead's day has been spent mulling over just what it could be. He hasn't heard rumblings of any drama within Trickstar or StarPro that would warrant such a secretive meeting, so could that mean this was something on a more personal level? Or perhaps he was overthinking and Makoto was simply falling prey to one of is bouts of self-consciousness and he felt that just dealing with this over text wouldn't do. How vexing.
But in the end Natsume knows that working himself up over speculation is ridiculous. He's sure the other idol just has some more personal concern that he's seeking advice on, and perhaps even needing his skills as a fortune teller. That latter possibility is why he even went to the trouble of bringing his crystal ball and setting it up in the Games Research Club room where he's presently waiting, posed on the couch as if waiting for a client.]
