also now dumb ad astra adjacent things hi
There are a number of works by William Shakespeare in the digital library. I believe a number of them are quite cheerful, which may help ease this particularly unusual transition.

Would you be so kind as to instruct me on how to acquire said works? I'm not certain I've worked out the particulars of how to navigate the digital library.
Furthermore, once you have taught me how to get said works, would you like to read The Tempest together? I find Shakespeare's works best enjoyed read aloud and with friends. The Tempest, at least, includes a little bit about a ship more like the one we know.
With gratitude,
A.K.

There are likely better teachers and readers both, but I would be happy to attempt to assist at your convenience.
It would certainly be enjoyable to hear about something a touch more familiar, if nothing else.

If better teachers and readers exist-- which I dispute-- I would still much rather have your company whenever your able to give it.
Familiarity is incredibly helpful, in times like these.
Most sincerely,

Teachers demonstrably, although I concede there is an art to determining which persons are most suitable to one's own temperament.
As mine seems to suit your tastes, please consider my time at your disposal.

Very suiting, I assure you. Tomorrow, four bells in the afternoon watch? Do they keep time in that way here?
Most sincerely,

They do not. Indeed, there is little keeping of the time at all. It takes more than a little getting used to, but it can be done.

Fascinating. That is far more leisure than I myself am used to. Have you come up with a new system, yet?
Regardless, I hope we'll be able to meet at some point tomorrow.
Most sincerely,
A.K.

None that as yet have been satisfactory. I should very much appreciate input on the matter.
Whenever suits you.

We can discuss it while we're reading tomorrow, perhaps.
I'll write you when I'm free, then, since there's no way of telling time otherwise. Is there anywhere in particular you'd like to meet?
Sincerely,
A.K.

Have you been to the oxygen garden? It nearly feels like being at the edge of a forest, although not quite.
