[ Well you definitely meet some weird party-goers once you start hanging out with magical friends from other realms of reality. The party games were, somehow, still the same (and still kind of stupid). If you could even call this a game. A friend had probably just noticed Nagisa giving the cute demon a long, curious look and made a decision.

And wrangled said demon into it, somehow.

So here they were, in a closet together. ]

( it doesn't make any sense to feel embarrassed, but it's a strong contender the second they're shoved into the same small space together. mostly, it's just for fun anyway, and sora fumbles around for exactly five seconds before one hand brushes the wall and the other grazes the warm stretch of riku's arm. it's not as if there's much room for them to wander away from each other, and it's kind of silly to be afraid of the dark. but it's the habit of seeking him out, fingers tangling in the hem of his shirt so there's no possible way they'd get separated, and it only takes another handful of seconds for sora to start laughing at how absurb this whole thing is. )

Found you! ( like it's a different kind of game, and he leans up to curl an arm around his neck. ) Guess we've got a whole seven minutes to hang out in here, huh?

( he wonders, briefly, if this will be the end of the whole thing once they're out again or if they'd have to stick around longer just to be polite. sora had wanted to talk with everyone for a while longer, maybe move their little impromptu party out onto the beach. it's a nice night for it, for falling asleep under the stars and listening to the sound of the waves. he'll ask riku about it later, if that's something he'd want to do, but right now, sora's so focused on the warmth between them that it's only a fleeting thought.

a subtle shift, and if he strains for it, he can hear soft chatter outside the door, giggles and quiet snickers. even then, even with the lack of light in the closet, he doesn't look away from riku. in fact, he imagines the silky fall of his hair and the burn of his eyes, and sora cuddles close, nose dragging over the curve of his cheek like there's nothing else that needs to be said. yet – )

Wanna do something fun? ( good luck getting him to stay still. )

It hadn't taken much convincing for Sonic to go to the party. Amy was there too - which made his decision even easier (even though he would never admit that out loud). The evening started out innocently enough. Lots of loud music, snacks and people dancing and having a good time. Someone had a movie playing in one area and there was another area with various games going on. The villagers on the island tended to have a relatively quiet life. So when someone decided to throw a bash...they really threw one. The whole village was probably at this thing.

Unknown to Sonic, someone had spiked the fruit punch - so he maaaaaaay have been a little tipsy when he agreed to play this silly game someone had started. It was mainly due to his rapid metabolism that he wasn't feeling it even more after all the punch that he drank all evening.

"Hey what kind of game is this?" He laughed as someone tied his bandanna around his eyes. "This is kinda dumb!" He stumbled around in a circle before hands grabbed him and guided him to a quieter area. Next thing he knew, he was shoved unceremoniously into a small space, all while hearing the laughter of the group that had led him there. A door shut with a click of finality and Sonic fumbled around, still snickering. "Ha ha funny guys. What is this...a closet?" It certainly felt like one. There was clothing hanging in the cramped space from what he could feel. He managed to tug his bandanna down - though was not able to see anything in the pitch darkness.

It took another couple of moments to realize that he wasn't alone; and he stilled as he registered another warm body and someone breathing next to him.

"Uh....hi?"
