Tired of memes where you only do one thing? Well, this is the meme for you - a meme where you do everything! At the same time.

Reply to this post with your character. Then find other posts, and reply to them with a character of your own, along with two (or more!) themes, selected randomly or by design, from the below list. Your goal is to create a thread that combines both of these themes into one bizarre narrative. [Mokou's eyes slid open as she stirred awake. She didn't know how long she had been asleep, exactly, but she had almost certainly been out cold for a good few hours. It was night time now, for a start, and the air was much colder than she last remembered it. She sat up, shivering slightly more than she would have liked to, and took a look around to see if her 'guest' had arrived yet.

Her guest in question was one of the people who, not too long ago, had been sent on an assassination attempt aimed at her life which was disguised as a so-called 'trial of guts' and also someone who had tried to use her powers to kill her with a single thought. Yuyuko Saigyouji, the ghost princess. Mokou had a reason for inviting her this princess and for once it wasn't for a death match. That was another princess altogether. Totally different ballgame. This was to make sure everything was cool between them.

Just because Mokou's body, spirit and soul had no concept of life or death didn't mean she shouldn't be on decent terms with the princess of the netherworld, right? Right.]

Where the fuck is she? I'm freezing my ass off out here!

[A certain limitation had resulted in Mokou forcing one half-ghost half-human to extend her invitation to Yuyuko for her. That limitation was the fact that, being the kind of immortal she is, she can't step foot inside Yuyuko's domain herself.

So all she can do is sit outside in the forest and wait for Yuyuko to show up. If she even shows up at all.]

[He had been told that earthquakes were normal in southern California, that all he had to do was find cover and wait for it to be over, but like so many other things, Connor felt that he had been lied to.

The earthquake hadn't passed, at least not immediately. When it finally died down, it took half the city with it, leaving buildings in heaps of ruined component parts.

When the debris settled, he took for the streets at a run, searching for other survivors. He knew he couldn't be the only one, even if he was built tougher than the average human. There were people out there who were hurt, people who needed help, he was sure. Maybe now was the perfect time to make amends by leaving his misdeeds behind him and using his strength to help instead of hunt.
