Barry tips into his touch with a small sound of happiness. He loves to have his hair touched and petted by his Dom. "Busy, sir. But a good day. Much better since you called for me."

Relief washes over him with every gentle touch, the stresses of his job and life as the Flash melting away.

"Such a good and well behaved young man." Len smiles down at him. "Did you eat today? Breakfast and Lunch as well as a snack?" He asks because in his opinion Barry doesn't take care of himself well enough most of the time. He's always so busy that he knows sometimes he just doesn't have a chance to eat. "Did you eat dinner yet?"

"Yes sir, I almost forgot breakfast but I stopped at Jitters and bought a sandwich as well as a snack." He bites his lip. "I didn't eat dinner sir, I was too eager to come here to you."

Guilt washes over him, he tries so hard to be good for Len, to be the best he can for him.

"I'm sorry sir."

"No apologies needed my good boy. I have dinner for us if you had not eaten. Come, I want you to go shower while I get it ready. Clean yourself for me, Barry. I intend to play with you everywhere tonight." He says patting his cheek affectionately. "When you're finished I want you to put on your robe and meet me in the kitchen."

Barry preens at the reassurance and smiles at the pat. "Yes sir." A shower and the robe meant a long scene, it meant that Len was going to take him apart again and again and he can't wait.

He washes himself carefully, but he doesn't get himself off or even touch himself more than he has to. He uses the soap Len prefers and even washes his hair before drying off and slipping into the robe.

"Can I help, sir?"

"Pour me a glass of water and get yourself whatever you want." Len says as he makes a massive plate of food for Barry and then one for himself. He's roasted a chicken with lemons and rosemary, the skin perfect and the meat flavorful and moist. He has roasted potatoes and other root vegetables with thyme and parmesan as well as a nice salad with a lite vinaigrette he'd made himself.

He sets both plates where he usually sits and sits down, reaching a hand out for Barry. "I want you to sit in my lap while we eat." He says. "You can feed yourself but know I will be giving you bites as well." He adds because it's quicker if Barry feeds himself as well.

The food smells amazing and Barry is more than happy to comply with the directions. He loves being taken care of like this, Len giving him simple directions means he can let everything else go and it's so freeing. He fetches the water and settles himself in his lap with a smile, "Yes sir. Everything smells so good."

“I’m glad you think so, sweetheart.” Len smiles even as he nuzzles Barry for a moment before digging into his food. Everything is perfectly cut and portioned so as to be easily eaten with one hand and a fork. Every two bites of his own Len is giving Barry a bite from his own plate. It’s crazy how something so simple makes them both feel so much better.

“There’s an exhibit on the planets at the Science museum this weekend in Keystone. Do you want to go?”

Barry laughs at the nuzzle, pleased with the attention and the praise. He slips in a few extra bites for himself, sure that he's going to need the additional energy when they move into the bedroom. The rhythm is soothing, comforting and familiar in a way that he can't get anywhere else.

"The one with the meteor fragments?" His expression brightens. "Yes, I'd been planning on going, I've been reading about it for weeks."

"I'd like us to go together, if you are amenable." Leonard says even as he offers Barry another bite of food. He loves feeding the other man, even if to know for sure that at least one meal he eats is nutrient packed and healthy.

Once Len is finished and he's sure Barry is too he leans in and gives him a soft kiss. "Do you want dessert now or later?"

"Together? I'd like that."

It's nice to be cared for and Barry soaks it all in as they finish eating and he helps set the dishes aside.

"Can I have it later, sir? I'm sure I'll want the energy then."

"I was hoping you'd say that. I want you to wash up and put the dishes away while I go finish getting everything ready in the bedroom. Knock on the door when you're finished. No superspeed." Len orders him softly. There are no left overs and not too many dishes to clean up so it shouldn't take him too long, maybe 20-25 minutes which is the perfect amount of time Len needs to get the bedroom ready for their fun.

Barry can't quite contain the shiver of anticipation. If he's getting everything ready in the bedroom that means it's going to be so very good for the both of them. A jerky nod at the direction. No speeding means it'll take longer and he has to be extra careful to make sure the kitchen is in perfect order but he'll do it because he was told to. Because he wants to be good.

"Yes sir."

It takes him twenty five minutes simply because he wanted everything perfect before he knocks on the closed door and waits.

Len has lit a few candles, some that can be used for wax play and some that are more for ambiance and subtle lighting. He's got the bed stripped to a sheet atop an absorbent pad. As much as he plans on making Barry come tonight it's better to protect the mattress. He's set out several of Barry's favorite toys and a few that Barry has a love/hate relationship with but Len just loves to use on him.

He's sitting in the chair beside the bed, leg crossed over the other. He's wearing his pants but they are unbuttoned and unzipped. His button down blue shirt has been opened revealing his bare chest and abdomen as he lounges barefoot and appearing relaxed and at ease.

When the knock sounds at the door he tells Barry to enter and instructs him to come to him. Len places both feet on the floor and pulls the speedster into his lap.

"Do you have to work in the morning?"

The state of the bed and the toys carefully laid out means it's going to be a long, intense night and Barry whimpers. Still, he goes when he's called, shuddering at Len's careful touch.

"No sir, it's my flex week so I have tomorrow off."

"Was that a whimper of anticipation of fear at the possible plans I have for you?" Len asks cupping Barry's ass through his pants. He kneads the flesh of those perfect globes and rocks up against him letting Barry feel just how aroused he is.

"Good, I hope you're ready for a rather long evening, Scarlet. I'm going to wring you dry."

"Both sir," he whimpers as he starts to finally touch him. It feels so good and he can already feel how much Len wants him.

"I'll be good sir. I'll try so hard to be good for you." Nights like this he doesn't make it easy but Barry hasn't failed yet.

"You're always my good boy, Barry." Len whispers reaching up to cup his cheek. "Always." He leans in and kisses him sweetly before giving his side a pat. "Up, lay on the bed for me on your back."

The affectionate touch and reassurance helps settle him back down and he smiles into the kiss.

"Should I take my robe off, sir?"

"Yes darling. Please." He says as he moves to stand beside the bed once Barry has settled on the bed. He looks over the beautiful man on his bed and lets a hand trace over the warm flesh from Barry's neck down slowly. When he reaches Barrys groin he lets his hand bypass his shaft in favor of trailing down the thigh and leg closest too him.

"Have you orgasmed at all today?" Len asks because the answer lets him know if Barry needs to take the edge off before they can really get into the fun of if he can dive right in.

Barry slides the robe off and situates himself on the bed. He's already half-hard in anticipation and he sighs happily at the touch. "No sir. I've been good," he promises. Maybe that means Len will get him off at least once first.

He knows Barry's body has needs and while he does love controlling what he can, it's not logical or all that healthy for Barry to deny his own health just for Len. Even so, one day isn't a big deal. Even a couple days is okay in most cases. Still, for longevity during play time it's best to get one out of the way.

Len smiles down at Barry, a smile that usually means a plot is afoot.

"You have a choice. I can blow you until you come, or I can finger you and stroke you until you come. If you choose my mouth I get to put you in a cage for at least an hour. If you choose my fingers I won't use it. So what will it be precious?"
