Given everything I suppose I'll have to be surprised if he doesn't takeover the whole ordeal. [At least whatever mockery of a trial he'll get put on by the Federation, which will be a kangaroo court if there ever was one... and still be more merciful than whatever he'd get from the Romulans.]
