[Ruby hasn't really seen a lot of Earth movies. So this seemed like a pretty swell idea for a fun night out. Chloe was fun too so she was obvious choice for someone to invite along when none of the other members of her team wanted to go.

Unfortunately as much as she wanted to sit back and enjoy the movie, she felt anxious and restless. She didn't particularly want to ruin her time with Chloe either so she did her best to sit still. At one point letting her hands slide down to grip the edge of the armrests.

Except Chloe's hand was currently hanging out on one of them and Ruby grabs that instead.

It was kind of teenage and cliche, but it was also one of the few places the two of them could go and actually be alone, with nobody bothering them and very little risk of anybody finding them out. Gotham's gossip rags and their extended family didn't really bat an eyelid if either of them went to see a movie, and if it happened to be the same movie at the same time... well, as long as they didn't walk in together, nobody noticed.

(And sure, they could go to one another's apartments, but neither of them thought for a second that Bruce didn't have eyes on both buildings. Best to keep that to a minimum too)

So, in short, the back row of the movie theatre with some flick neither of them were interested in was the perfect make out spot.

Which brings us to Dick kissing Jason like a horny teenager, half in his lap already and fingers tangled in his hair.
