i never had a normal life, so i don't know if what i'm thinking of is just idyllic or not
but i think, for a time, i had something close

The only thing approaching normal I've ever had is going to school and getting shoved in a locker or two, so all I can really say is that if you had normal, if we did...? That worrying about one thing would be replaced by worrying about something else.

I get it though.
You could tell me the grass is always greener until you're blue in the face, but that wouldn't mean I'd believe you, it wouldn't mean I'd stop wondering, because there's always that chance, right?
But to replace one corny phrase with another: normal's what you make it. Apparently.
